Knowledgeable, responsive, friendly and fair! Tony and his crew made themselves available right way. We had a laundry list of items we needed help with and he assured us they were no big deal and could quickly be tackled. He was right! Instead of having to wait forever for availability he was able to squeeze us in. I'm arriving at the excitement of middle age, so now whenever I use my newly installed sink fixtures, I smile and that's thanks to Tony.

I've used Tony's services for a few years now and have been very pleased with his honesty and getting the job done right the first time. Water heater replacement, kitchen sink replacement (old one was rusted into fixture from water deposit), water leaking issues, garbage disposal replacement. I had an issue with kitchen sink not draining consistently. He could have charged me to snake it but actually took the time to explain why that was not needed. Sink resolves itself and I've taken other measures that have made this improve (e.g. switching away from ""not so plush"" TP paper). My trusted plumber.

Tony was highly experienced and within no time he fixed my issue from my water heater with a simple few bangs from his pocket knife and full hard reset with a good explanation added about why my issue occurred and what to do if it happens again. Since, the Rain Water softener installer couldn't figure it out therefore, Tony was the man who was highly skilled to get the job done, quick, responsive, patient, professional even with a mask on when he approached my home. Now I know a go to plumber in case any other issues that might occur.

more reviews. He really should. He just went above and beyond to help us with low water pressure that got worse after he worked on plumbing in another unit in our condo building.
