I had Tony install a garbage disposal in my rental unit a couple of months ago. Neither the tenant nor I got a users manual nor a warranty. After many conversations, it turns out that Tony had installed a ""no name"" brand that I had never heard of in my over 30 years of owning rental units and doing my own plumbing, including replacing garbage disposal units.
I finally got Top Choice Plumbing to send me a generic owner's manual with no warranty information. In order to get any warranty information I had to call an 800 phone number with my model number, highly unusual in my opinion.
I can't prove it, but in my opinion, I wound up with a cheap garbage disposal unit.

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had with a plumber. Tony was so helpful in getting the best kitchen faucet for me and installing it really fast. His prices are more than reasonable and he's fun to have working in your house:)

I had an outside drain that plugged. I hired Tony to free it up. They showed up right on time and got right to work. They knew their stuff. They cleared the problem quickly (matted roots at the outlet). Since it was done so quickly he charged me less than the price he quoted on the phone. He had every right to charge me the full amount, the amount we had agreed on, but he knocked off a third of it. I will be using him for any other problems I encounter from here on out.

Called 4 different places needed a private sewer lateral check for a report for the city of ventura for our car wash biz...talked to Tony on the phone very friendly...said he had another job to do so showed up an hour later..great service and the rate was by far the most economical....job was done in about 20 minutes...if I ever to have anything plumbing related I'm calling Tony again...thanks and keep up the great service Tony...

Called Tony at 1235 with a minor toilet problem, but no problem he was here within the hour.. in amd out, reasonable price, lots of good information, amd super kind..will call again if needed for sure

Sorry to give you two (2) stars tony but your guy whom you sent to my home did not do a good job. Initially, he tried to snake through my ""brand new"" shower, which he had to break the seal on the drain to get to. I was so worried he would scratch it and he did. He was unable to complete the job with that snake (smaller unit) and he had to go get the bigger unit, 4hrs later he arrives and went on the roof vent (as i suggested the first time) and he finally un-clogged my main line. Charged me $150 to do so. WOW All in All I was not satisfied with your service and will NOT be using you again. Beware All.

Tony does a great job and he's always quick to come out! This last time I used him, I had a customer of mine that had a water leak and she needed it fixed ASAP. Without any hesitation I had her call Tony. He showed up within the hour and fixed the problem for her. He is the best in Ventura county and I look forward to sending him more business!

Beware - this guy is a rip off artist and incompetent. Had a recent sewer problem that completely misdiagnosed. Wanted to charge me $5,000 for something that could be fixed for $300. Worst company I have ever found.
