He was great, really great. He fixed my treadmill, gate, and dryer vent and installed two new deadbolts. Not just any deadbolts, but rare ones practically no one uses. But he figured out how to do it, no problem. As soon as Covid is over, I'm going to hire him again.

Tom helped me replace the machine belt 2 years ago and he has done a great job. Today the treadmill stopped working due to the iFit program not launching. I called Tom. Tom is super generous in his time. He told me over the phone that it's a software problem and wanted to avoid me being charged for a service call. Tom was easy to coordinate with and flexible in working with my on scheduling. He did a tuneup on my 20 year old treadmill and wound up showing me how to adjust my elliptical as it didn't actually need fixing. He instructed me on how to tune up the treadmill myself.
