We are very happy with Tom's services. He is an experienced professional, and is very communicative. I found him on Yelp, and contacted him on Friday for his availability and quote for an assembly job. He responded promptly with a reasonable quote and made himself available on the following Monday. He came with another guy, and together they did a great job assembling a bed for us. We are definitely hiring him in future!

Glad we had Tom who helped us with our closet (installing shelving and brackets) and a gliding door that was falling off the wall. We just moved to our new house and it was our first time looking for and hiring someone off yelp. The outcome was great and we had a positive experience. Tom was prompt with our Yelp request and offered to come to check on our issues with no charge, which was greatly appreciated. He was accommodating to our schedule and gave us a reasonable quote. Tom was good at what he does and was very communicative throughout his work; the quality of work was great! In addition, he managed to finish his work fast and therefore charged us less than his original quote. Tom took care of everything for our project including going to the store to purchase materials. We are grateful to have Tom as our handyman. Will definitely keep in touch and recommend him to our friends.

Tom is a gentleman, very professional and pleasant to work with. I had told him to call me for any help needed while he was working on it - but he did all of the job alone and only called me in the end when he needed my help.

He was great, really great. He fixed my treadmill, gate, and dryer vent and installed two new deadbolts. Not just any deadbolts, but rare ones practically no one uses. But he figured out how to do it, no problem. As soon as Covid is over, I'm going to hire him again.

Tom helped me replace the machine belt 2 years ago and he has done a great job. Today the treadmill stopped working due to the iFit program not launching. I called Tom. Tom is super generous in his time. He told me over the phone that it's a software problem and wanted to avoid me being charged for a service call. With his accurate diagnosis on the problem, I searched up online and found a helpful video. Now the treadmill is up running again! Our machines HAVE to work especially with shelter in place. Tom did a great job assembling a treadmill for us. A few months later we bought a gazebo to go in our back yard, and Tom assembled it. He's efficient, neat, and has reasonable rates. He's a really good communicator too - sends a text to let you know he's on his way!
