WOW AND I MEAN WOW l wish I could give double the stars no make that infinity stars. We just bought our forever home and we start out with water coming out of the drain in the basement so start calling around and can't get anybody to snake the drain and then we get a suggestion to call this company caller TOOTER ROOTER and not only did Jay come out on a Saturday evening within an hour he opened up our drain and said he would be back because he knew exactly where the clock was. Came back on Monday morning had his worker dig out the spot that he marked on Saturday night and while his worker who I will call hands cut the hole in the floor, did all the digging and found the connection to the outside of the house with a collapsed drain tile. Thank God, he mentioned that I should call my insurance agent to check on the rider which I luckily had. Got it flowing again in the meantime so we didn't have to go to a hotel and after they did they locate, Jay showed up with three other guys in a very large excavator. I would highly suggest that if anybody ever needs a plumber that J at Tooter Rooter be called he will respond 24 seven he and his crew were fantastic answered all our questions as they were excavating pointed things out to us. They found more collapsed drain tile in the front yard put a clean out drain in the front yard and his excavator operator was phenomenal. Yes, we do have a little bit more of a bump in the front yard which will go down slowly, but surely I would highly recommend Jay. He is fantastic and deserves all the business that you can give them. J again thank you and your crew. We are very confident that our problem has been solved and this is one less thing we have to worry about in our forever home. Thank you again Jay and cudos to your crew.

Remolded my bathroom & I have called him back since. Friendly, pricing was less then other businesses & communicated if he was going to be late or have to come back. I recommend.

Jay is amazing at what he does! He's very quick and you can rely on him to be quick. He doesn't try to upsell you and will explain everything perfectly! I can't recommend him enough!!

Would not recommend. I paid $450 and my drain clogged again the next day. He even bragged to my tenant that he could charge landlords whatever he wanted and they would pay. I tried to get him to come back for a week before i finally called roto rooter who fixed it the next day for $250. Would not give even a partial refund either.

Jay was extremely responsive and provided quality work within a day or 2 of calling. Would recommend to anyone. Wouldnt hesitate to call for all our plumbing needs!
