She did an excellent job on both. Paid attention to detail, was reliable, and reasonable.

I don't enjoy leaving a one star review, but this job went poorly so here we go:

Booked a faucet install for a rental house through Amazon over a month ago. Amazon scheduled Tool Belt Diva to do the job.
- the faucet install portion of the project: didn't have the tools to get the job done in one go (the serviceman struggled with removing the old faucet and had to call in help to bring him a grinder). After the install was done, I received a call from the tenant that the hot and cold function was installed backwards.
- Also installed a new tub spout: tenant used the shower the next morning and water shot out the back of the spout and into the wall, water ran down and pooled onto the first floor ceiling.The result of the incorrectly installed spout was a leak that doused the ceiling leaving a couple feet of mushy drywall.
- Aftermath: Tool Belt Diva said she would come out to assess the damage. Did not show... I called one last time, left a voicemail and no return call. It took a month to get a refund through Amazon. The tenant was pretty upset, a plumber had to be called in to fix the tub spout so the shower could be used again, drywall and paint service are needed for the ceiling and hot and cold water hoses on the faucet need to be swapped.

I cannot attest to their work quality in other handyman type areas, but would recommend not having this company touch plumbing items.

When I bought my ceiling fan from Amazon and chose Amazon Services to do the installation. LaDonna was completely professional, friendly and did a great job. Highly recommend.
