Tony's plumbing installed a heat pump for our water heater so that we would get hot water faster to our shower and not waste water. From the beginning the pump did not work properly. The shower did not get hot water any faster, the pump made horrible noises and became very hot. After several phone calls the technician returned and said the check valve he had installed was faulty. (I think he installed it wrong.) He removed the check valve and told us things should be fine. It worked for a while, then the pump began tripping the GFI. The technician was called back and he said it was the outlet, not his pump. We had the outlet checked, and it was fine. I called the business twice and was promised a return call, which never happened. So I had my husband call, because men are take more seriously than women. The technician came put and installed a different pump. He was unfriendly, tracked in dirt on his shoes and did not wear a mask. This business is very expensive, but it had gotten great reviews, so we went with them in the beginning. The pump that is now installed looks like the power cord has been spliced on. I am mot even sure if it is a new pump or an old re-conditioned one. I would not recommend this service.

My homeowner's insurance requested a plumbing inspection for our shower that leaked and caused water damage. Tony's plumbing sent out a tech asap, and diagnosed the issue.

Called them and they came out fast and gave me an accurate estimate and very detailed information on what could be done and how it was to be done. Cameron and his guy are very clean on the work and left my house with out dust or debris. Definitely went the extra mile! I also like how well the communication was between myself and the office. They should up on time. Felt comfortable having them in my home.

If you are a renter DO NOT let a member of Tony's Plumbing in your residence if they do not like the appearance of it they will report you to your rental agency. I had no hot water a member of Tony's Plumbing refuse to do work on the water heater due to the appearance of my residence they reported me and now I am being evicted from my property because of this. 2 weeks before Christmas

Had a problem with the kitchen sink. After trying to fix the problem myself, I ended up making it worse. Called Tony's. They came out the next day. Paid $178 for their services. You get what you pay for, I got my kitchen back with friendly, courteous, and fast service. 178 is a fair price when I talked to the employee, he said that he really likes working for Tonys plumbing bc his employer takes care of his employees compared to his last plumbing gig. I would recommend and I would for sure use their services again if needed. THANK You Tony's Plumbing, I have never been so happy to clean dishes in my life.

Tony's Plumbing did a few different jobs for me and every instance was great. They showed up on time, completed the work quickly, and didn't exceed the estimate. Robin was friendly and knowledgable, and was able to give me some straightforward advice regarding the old pipes in my house. I appreciate the time and work these guys did, and wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

I'm a meticulous person when it comes service and work. I needed the ""entire plumbing"" in my house replaced. Tony's Plumbing Service came out, gave me an estimate and were able to accommodate my schedule. The Service tech that arrived at my house was Isaac M. along with his team of professionals Samuel, Mason and Arturo !
I can tell you that Isaac was extremely accommodating to my whims and decisions to ""tweak"" some things I wanted done ! His upbeat demeanor was refreshing to say the least !!!
I was excited they arrived 1st thing in the morning as they had said they would !
They had a plan in place to remove the old galvanized pipes and worked efficiently and methodically to minimize interrupting my day !
Isaac and his team stayed very very late the 1st day to get as much done as they possibly could.
They arrived the 2nd day to finish up the plumbing. Again, I was impressed by their early arrival even after staying so late the 1st day !
Isaac, Samuel, Mason and Arturo worked well together !
You could tell that all of them took pride in their work performance !
After seeing how great they worked together, I put in another work request to install a tankless water heater and again, Isaac and Arturo were very accommodating !
My post may seem to be rambling a bit but there was so much plumbing work done that I didn't know where to start !
I can honestly and confidently say that I was ""completely satisfied"" with the work Isaac and his team performed for me !!!
I would highly recommend them to anyone for plumbing service and repair !!!
I cannot forget to say that working with Alyssa and Cherish in the office was also delightful !
