These guys were amazing! I called the office to see if they had someone who could come out today. The sooner the better. Sal arrived at my house within 15 mins. and had the issue diagnosed and fixed in about 45 mins. They were professional, friendly and even had a sense of humor lol! I called this company to come out. They set me an appointment between 8-10am the very next day. At 10:30am no show...no call. I called them and after putting me on hold several times, I was told the computer went down and she lost the appointment. I asked her to please keep the appointment for this day and was told they could not do that. I wonder why I was the only appointment that day that was supposedly lost in a computer malfunction. They were very rude and unprofessional. Called around 5 am and they were at my home by 8:30 am.
I had a main-line blockage. My home warranty sent a useless plumber that just wanted to go home and did a half ass job. We didn't know where (or if there even was one) the main line clean-out was and home warranty contracted plumber wasn't going to waste his time trying to find it. Time to just hire a quality plumber to get the job done right in this emergency situation.

Tony's plumber went through my crawl space and was able to locate my clean-out in my old flower bed. He snaked it and removed a bunch of roots. I paid for the extra service of video imaging of pipes to see exactly where the problem occurred.
Grant was very friendly and took the time to explain my plumbing issues. Excellent service. Not sure how pricing compares....but worth every penny now that I can shower without sewage overflow.

Had a huge main sewer line backup and sewage was coming up in the tub and shower basin. I tried using a power snake on my own and after a couple of hours I realized I need a pro to get the job done. I called Tony's after reading the stellar reviews on yelp.

Robin came out within the hour, on a Sunday no less, and was able to remedy the problem quickly and professionally. He located a huge root encroachment that will need more attention later down the road when we can budget for it. He got us back and flushing and saved the day. The whole ordeal cost us less than $200. That's a bargain on a Sunday. Thank you Robin! Super nice guy and very honest.

These days it is very difficult to find a good customer service business that really cares about the consumer. Well let me tell you look no more! Tony's whole team was AMAZING to work with. From the dispatcher Cathy to Tony himself........BUT most of all the incredible Arthur! Our water heater would not lite last Saturday, we called that morning and Arthur was at our house that same afternoon. Arthur did everything he could to get us some hot water again, but unfortunately it was a part that had to be ordered and of course the manufactor was closed for the weekend. Arthur said HE could contact the manufactor on Monday which he DID! He called me by 9am Monday morning to inform me that the part was covered under the warranty and I just had to call to set up shipping. After a BIG mess and frustrations with UPS! :( The part arrived on Wedensday. Tony's team contacted us to make sure we could get the part installed as soon as possible. Arthur came back out that same evening, after a long day of working on another project and got us all taken care!
I can not say enough of the amazing care and compassion Tony's team had for our situation. All of this great service at a very reasonable price.

Thank you again Arthur! We are and will continue to share our GREAT experience.

We desperately tried solving our clogged sewage issues ourselves over a 24 hour period and we didn't have a cleanout in our old house. It was apparent after infinite plunging, using a rental drain auger through the roof vent, pulling up/snaking the toilet, and sewage in the showers, that this job was definitely up to the pros. We called Tony's Plumbing on a Thursday at 3pm. By 4pm, Art came out and after getting the drain auger to 80 feet from the pulled toilet, he realized there was a serious root intrusion, as the auger was binding up - we have a huge 57 year old Elm tree in our backyard. Art tapped the sewer line outside, ran the auger from there but had the same problem. By 7pm, Art was able to get a hydrojet out and suggested an emergency sewer line replacement because the hydrojet would also only go so far before hitting a large root, even at 4000 PSI. Even though this was a $6k job, I knew it had to be done, because eventually this would just back up again. Art was able to get an emergency sewer line replacement that very next morning! By 8am, the utilities came out, painted the underground lines. By 9am, Tony's Plumbing was hard at work with the trenchless replacement! They dug a 3'Wx3'Lx3'D hole by the house to connect the line from the house and a 5'Wx5'Lx5'D hole by the fence/alley to connect the house line to the sewer main, and Art dug it all with only a shovel! Art showed me the camera inside the line and pointed out the 1"" diameter roots that broke through the line, plus the terrible line work by the original contractors...cement makeshift elbows that were cracked! By 5pm, the new sewer line was complete. Art explained and showed me the new pipes and the extra durable fittings they were using compared to the cheaper ones. They had me flush all the toilets, run all the sinks, and the washer rinse cycle to make sure nothing leaked or backed up. Then by 6pm, they neatly leveled the dirt over the holes with 2 new cleanouts/covers and they hosed everything off to clean it all up. With the $6k replacement, Art was able to waive the 3 hours of drain auger and hydrojet work from the previous day, which was around $700! I can't express how great the exceptional, professional service was on such short emergency notice. Thank you Tony's Plumbing!!!

Robin was out today to install new hardware in a shower. He showed up on time and was equipped for the job. He had to cut through a closet wall to get to the valve, which had to be replaced. He found a way to mount the new valve, which initially he didn't think would be possible. He worked quickly, did a fine job and cleaned up. He had originally given us a price range. We feared it would be on the high end but it ended up being on the low end of the range. I recommend both Tony's and Robin.

I used Yelp to find Tony's and requested a quote. The response was very fast and my urgent problem was fixed within a few hours. My home was left clean. I'm going to use Tony's again should I need a plumber. It could only have been better if it were free!
