I needed a new Toilet Installation. I was extremely disappointed with previous Plumber HVAC service so was looking for a new Plumbservice. Tony's had been recommended by several people on the NEXT DOOR APP.
I telephoned Tony's to get an Estimate. The Tony's rep told me the dollar amount if they provided Toilet & did the Install. The rep also gave me an estimate for only a toilet Installation. I wanted a Consumer Report rating & information because I had heard over the years that many had difficulty with low flow toilets. I'm original owner, so knew my Toilet was at least 36 years old. After I obtained a Consumer Reports digital Rating & information re: low flow toilets, I purchased online at Lowes an American Standard, one of the top/most highly rated Consumer Reports toilets. I telephoned Tony's Company back and scheduled for an install the day after Delivery was scheduled. Tony's plumber, DAN? arrived on time, unpacked & inspected the toilet in my presence. DAN? explained each procedure & explained why as he went along. Plumber did a most professional job. Did a trial flush or two, cleaned up the bathroom area perfectly. I love my new toilet. It flushes quickly, quietly & thoroughly. I will definitely be using Tony's Plumbing in the future. I was very impressed with the expertise of DAN?, the Plumber. I also appreciated that Tony's rep discussed with me the two different prices between Tonys providing the toilet & my purchasing toilet myself. TONY'S installation fee of Toilet was reasonable, $225, especially given DAN'S? expertise. Of course, being elderly, I had to pay extra for Lowes Shipping the Toilet to my home/garage. But Lowes got it to me within days.

I needed my mainline cleared of roots, as the sewage was backing up into my shower. I called them around 3pm, and they were right over within a half hour. i was told the estimate was free, Frank checked out the issue, quoted it, and I agreed for him to do the work. Frank did a great job clearing the roots, was very professional and very fast. These guys are why I prefer a local shop, the last plumber I had clear out the line went on a Quixotic quest and ended up charging too much when it was the roots in the line.

Happy new year 2023. I called this place for service, the first thing I get is a 400$ minimum charge because of the holidays. I know I don't have water running in my house. I wish they charge less than the minimum. Thanks
