Kelly came out to my house to clear a sewer line. I agreed to pay four hundred and fifty dollars for the service call to clear my sewer line on a holiday. I understand that, but then he charged another hundred and fifty plus to run a snake down the line (the only service provided). All told I agreed to pay just shy of five hundred dollars for a two hour minimum service call to clear the sewer line but then got charged an extra nearly two hundred dollars for him to run the snake through the line. He only spent roughly 30 minutes total working onsite (although he did spend another couple of hours talking to the septic pumping representative that he recommended who showed up shortly after Kelly got there). I have to say, Kelly was very professional while he was at my house. Other than the double billing his work was fine. But there was an additional concern. Once Kelly confirmed the issue was the septic tank, he recommended a pumper who was in the area. But this guy was really unfair. Once he had the tank open he said he wouldn't finish the job unless I paid him over two thousand dollars! For a less than two hour job! I feel like not only did Tony's Plumbing over charge, but they recommended a buddy was put a mastery on the art of overcharging. Good companies just don't do that. It's unethical and unfair. While Kelly was professional in his work, their billing and cohorts were outside the bounds of what I could call even reasonable conduct. This was simply not okay.

Fast, efficient, professional. Something you don't find around here often with the """"good enough"""" mentality. It came with a price but refreshing to know there is quality workmanship accessible.
