My first experience using Tony's Plumbing Drain. Tony is a true professional. He helped me pickout the proper toilet to replace one that was over 20 years old. And told me about the rebate program I qualified for. He did an excellent job replaceing my old toilet and even took the old toilet to the dump for me. His fee was very reasionable. I've been using Tony's Plumbing for over 10 years. He is really the best--very dependable, reliable & his bills never shock me which is saying a lot. We have an old enamel sink in our kitchen that has a built in back splash and counters. The faucet developed a major leak coming from behind the unit. The first plumber we called said it couldn't be fixed. He said we'd either need to tear out the sink and counters which would become an expensive remodel, or he could go under the house and redo the plumbing which would be well over a $1000. We decided to get a second opinion and called Tony based on positive Yelp reviews.

Tony was wonderful ! He came promptly and said he thought he could fix it though it would be tricky in that fixing it might break old pipes in the process.But he was able to do it. He repaired everything and charges us $150 for everything ! Needless to say he is our hero ! We have used him one other time since to replace a faulty valve. Tony is the only plumber we will ever use now. He is honest, prompt, enjoyable to deal with and does great work. We recommend him highly.

Tony has been my plumber now for 2 years and he has always come through for me. I am writing this review after his last visit when he really saved my butt! My bathroom was in emergency mode, and one of my relatives contacted a different plumber to come fix the problem because, ""they are all the same"".

The other plumber (national company) quoted us well over $300 to do the job...which was a total rip-off.

Tony did the job for $95, which was a fair price...AND THE JOB GOT DONE quickly saving me $250 bucks.

I was so happy I offered him a kiss....he declined....a true profesional...hahaha!!!

Don't let his quiet disposition fool you. This guy will get the job done at a reasonable price and will not leave a mess behind.
I had the weekend from hell being sick with food poisoning AND having a clogged bathroom sink. I used liquid clog remover twice, non-toxic remedies four times, and my roommate used a snake twice, but the sink was still clogged.
After seeing Tony's reviews on Yelp, I decided to call him. I told him my situation and he gave me a reasonable quote for an appointment the next day. He arrived within the time frame he mentioned, unclogged the sink, charged what he quoted, and left the bathroom as clean as when he showed up. What a relief!

What a nightmare!! Total back up from our toliet into the bathtub, and into the hallway!! We called Tony at 8am and he was at our house in a few hours. Very quiet and soft spoken, he got to work right away. He even helped to clean up the mess and snaked our upstairs sink for FREE!!! Tell me any plumber you've seen do that?? His prices were very reasonable and he was nice to work with. I took a chance on Tony because of his Yelp reviews but will be using him for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Tony is amazing; calm, polite, professional & fast!!

After my tiny West Side studio's drains stopped working--again--leaving my roommate & I with no shower, no toilet and water leaking everywhere, I was forced to shut off all the water & drink bottled/not cook. It was l-a-m-e.

So when all this happened at about 10:30 pm, I called & left Tony a message, asking him to be his first stop in the morning if at all possible. He was our property plumber, and had done this when we first moved in, so I was hoping he'd have pity on us.

The next morning, without even knocking & waking us up at 8:30 am, he unpacked all his stuff, & started working on the problem. I woke up and in about 20 minutes everything was back to normal.

Whew! What a relief!
And what a wonderful nuclear hot shower.

I highly recommend Tony's services & will be doing business with him again.
