I had a urgent problem where the gas line running to my house from the PG&E meter was leaking. I needed it fixed ASAP so I called Tony. Turns out he couldn't get to me that day but gave me some valuable information that allowed me to resolve the issue much cheaper than I was originally quoted. He actually took my call while on his way to another job. He didn't make a cent off of my situation but was able to same me money.

Ricky and Tony are excellent to work with. I needed my pressure regulator changed out according to my soft water company. I called around but decided to use them because they had come to my house last year for a heat valve replacement in my water heater (long story). Last year they had to come more than once because the part the water heater company sent was broken. And of course this was around Thanksgiving - nonetheless, they cheerfully came back the following day after I had the water heater company send me a replacement and they didn't charge me extra for coming back! I don't think there is any other plumbing company that wouldn't charge for making a repeat trip.

This time they quoted me after I texted them photos of what needed changing. They came out and had to make a trip to get a 1"" part instead of the 3/4"" part they thought I had after they looked at the text photo. They finished replacing the pressure regulator in 1 hour and didn't charge extra for the trip - they charged exactly what they had quoted.

I also had them look at a garbage disposal hookup where the pipe had been closed off by a clamp. This had come off a few days earlier but had been installed by a handyman so I thought perhaps a plumber would connect it differently. They could have charged me extra but were very honest and said they would have done the same thing.

Honesty, timeliness, friendliness and integrity - what more does anyone want?

First time using these guys and they came quickly and when they said they would. They fixed my issues fast. I would definitely use them again. I wish they worked on Saturdays as I need them again today but OK, I understand.

Gosh if I can only say...these guys were AMAZING!

First and Foremost, I have to be quite honest...I was truly scared of calling plumbers for help, because the last plumbers I called, (I don't want to disclose who it is, however, they are well known, andI do not want to offend other businesses), SUCKED!!! They weren't very informative, and wanted a run for my money. They charged us $378.00 for just an estimate. (WHAT A RIP OFF!!) Then they wanted to charge me for all the other things they were going to do, which would be $378.00 for the initial estimate and then $67.00 every 15 mins for the job that they would be doing. This plumber stated that he would have to break into our porch step to get into street sewer pipe, because there was a tree root growing inside the sewage. (how in the world would he know if there was a tree root growing inside the pipes if he didn't really check into it!? and the most hilarious thing was, there we don't have any trees in site!) In reality, the plumber gave me the full estimate of $750 - $1000 just to get another plumber to help him, to unclog the tub, toilet, vanity and to drill the tree root. ...I just sent them back into their van and said HELL NO! Because the price was just way too much and it just seemed pretty odd that they had to go that far to unclog the pipes!

So I did my research...and finally saw great reviews for Tony's Plumbing Co. These guys are so honest and so respectful. I called them, set up a time to meet them for an estimate, then see if the job can be done. The day of the plumbing service, Tony arrived on time. He took a good look at the my house and took a look at the issue. He was honest. The job wasn't going to be easy, because our pipelines are a bit older, and the only way to unclog our pipes were either to go under the house or on the top of the roof. And to make things a bit more difficult, we had a small opening for him to go underneath the house and we had a tiled roof. (Difficult because if he were to climb the roof, he would not be responsible if the tile were to crack.) I asked how much it would cost if he were to do either job, and he gave me the honest full price, (which was nowhere near Roto rooter!!), and I decided that it was a great price, and agreed to have them work on the clog. Within 30-40 mins, the job was done! He and his assistant plumber found out what was the cause of clog, unclogged the toilet, tub and vanity with no problem.

Thank you Tonys Plumbing Co for being so trustworthy with our plumbing needs. I can't thank you enough. I, without a doubt, recommend these guys! ... and if we have anymore issues, I will call them back! I am one happy customer!

5 stars for Tony. Called them this morning trying my luck to get a service from them since our sink won't drain. Well, they arrived on time and they did a pretty good and fast job. These guys are Pro. Tony and Ricky are the best Pro for the job. Very nice and kind people. Im so happy with their service.

We had a leak in our bath tub and we have been calling many Plumbers and some even promise to come by but never show up. Fortunate for us, we found Tony's Plumbing via Yelp. We call Tony Plumbing and they showed up in time same day as promised. They are very nice and honest by explained to us what needs to be repaired and how much would it cost. Their price is very reasonable. They fixed our leak and even though they have to make two trips to HD to get the right parts, they still kept their spirit up. Very good attitude and very friendly guys. They also fixed our kitchen sink leak for free. We are very blessed to found them on Yelp. We will call Tony's Plumbing from now on when come to plumbing related. We would recommend Tony's Plumbing to anyone at anytime.
