We are renters in the Torrance Area. On several occasions Tonys Plumbing has been out to our residence to repair minor and major plumbing issues. They have done an outstanding job and provided service far above what we have seen from other outfits in the area. The guys working in the field have been outstanding and professional, especially Jorge who has been here several times and has always been on time if not early, professional and finished everything he started. I also want to mention the owner Tony. On bigger jobs Tony has personally showed up to the job site and taken his personal time to explain to us exactly what the job will consist of and how long it will take. I will be recommending Tony and his team anyone looking for a plumber and be calling them for all my family's plumbing needs moving forward.

I have used Tony's Plumbing for years, and called upon them again for a special job. We needed to have the gas pipe/valve under our new kitchen island stovetop moved to accommodate the installation of a downdraft. The pipe needed to be cut and re-threaded in a tight opening (it comes into the counter from the concrete slab floor). It was a complicated job, taking about 2 hours. Kevin did an outstanding job. His pride of workmanship showed in the way he surgically cut the cabinet bottom panel, installed the new pipe sections, and reconnected the stovetop to the gas valve. We are thrilled with the outcome! We highly recommend Tony's Plumbing!

Super happy with Tony's plumbing. After my plumber on-site doing some other work gave me a ridiculous price for some plumbing work (that they had messed up). I called around and found Tony's plumbing. Fair prices, great work. Will call again.

I had Tony's plumbing come out to look at a clogged drain. When the tech arrived and I opened the door the first words out of his mouth without seeing the job were ""Draining cleanings usually take multiple hours and that he charges $129 per hour."" I should have closed the door but instead let him try to clear it. Despite me telling him the clog was in the vent pipe and there was an accessible cleanout, he proceeded to put the snake down every drain besides the clean out which I showed him. He did this for 30 minutes at which time I told him to open the clean out and he refused. Despite me owning the home for multiple years he kept asking me for blueprints and how I knew where the plumbing pipes were. Additionally the only other option he gave me was to cut multiple holes in my wall so he could look at the pipes. He also proceeded to give me ""canned"" lines about main sewer drains and old pipes. It really felt like he was trying to make a small job into something much bigger. I sent him home at the end of the hour and paid him the $129, despite his lack of efforts and obvious gamesmanship.

For the sake of this review I want to let you know I had another plumber come out after this one and he was able to open the cleanout and clear the drain within 20 minutes.

I called Tony's Plumbing as I need my old cast iron pipes to be de-scaled along with having two clogged sinks and a clogged shower drain. They were very responsive and super helpful. Jimmy came out and did an amazing job on the de-scaling, and then Kevin came out and unclogged all the drains. They were professional, fast, and very affordable. I highly recommend Tony's Plumbing.

Read several reviews and Submitted my quote request and I received a quote from Tony right away. Tony promptly answered all my questions and the Job was scheduled three days later just before Thanksgiving and our main sewer line was successfully cleared by the technician. Angie called me to confirm the technician was on his way that morning and she emailed me a report with the technician's notes of what he found in the main drain line. Very prompt, Professional and clean work. I would definitely hire them again.

If I could I would give 4.5 stars, and it's only for communication issues. I got a text Tuesday that they would come Wednesday, but then got a call they'd come Tuesday afternoon. About 5 minutes later they called back and apologized that they misspoke and actually weren't coming until Wednesday. About an hour later they called again and said they'd be there in an hour. They had to come back Thursday to fix one part, and I was told they'd be there between 1 and 3pm and they got there at 8:15am. I'm very lucky I can stay home for these things, and grateful they were able to come out, but it seems like their internal communications need a bit of fine tuning.
Aside from that, Tony's was prompt, didn't overcharge me, and worked hard to squeeze us in during a holiday week to replace our broken water heater. With 3 kids, I couldn't imagine going another week without it. I'll likely use them again in the future, but will push for more clear communication. Thank you!

Back in 2015, we got multiple quotes to remove our big hunk of a water heater and replace it for a tankless water heater and Tony's Plumbing, Inc came back with the best competitive price. We were very happy with their installers. Well, speed it up 7 years later, we started to have some issues. To be fair we didn't do the annual check up since we were gone for a long while. We called Tony's again and literally a representative showed up the next day and made an assessment. They sent out George (shout out to (George!!!) who did an AMAZING job!!! Super professional, knowledgeable, and provided super customer service. He called the manufacturer and found out that we were still covered under a warranty. He convinced the manufacturer to send out the parts for free and was able to come back two days later to trouble shoot and replace the parts of our tankless water heater. I cannot thank him enough!!! I had the best HOT shower after that!!! I highly recommend Tony's Plumbing and their crew for any plumbing needs. I will definitely use them again! Thank you for your dedication and awesome service
