Class act! I had a kitchen sink back up that my son and I were unable to clear the day after Thanksgiving. I called Tony's, and Carl said he'd be ""be right over."" He was. He was clean, personable, explained what he was doing and why, and took care of the job at the price as quoted.

Afterwards I showed him a ""small leak"" I had in an upstairs bathroom faucet. He took a look and explained how it wasn't really as small as I thought. We needed some other parts and we decided to schedule another day. A few days later, Carl and Tony came at the exact appointment time (imagine that!) and again took care of the job in a timely manner as quoted. They thoroughly explained what and why things were done and guarantee the work for 1 yr.

I can't think of the last time I've been so pleased with work done. I'll be recommending them to my friends!

Okay so this review is late in coming (a few weeks... but please forgive me, I had final exams) but definitely have good things to say about Tony and his service! I called a lot of plumbers and definitely got the quickest response from Tony! He was able to fit us in his schedule that same day. Once he arrived he was able to quickly assess our situation and figure out what we needed. He quickly made a stop to pick up the part we needed and was back within the hour. The fix was quick and affordable. Everything was done in less than an hour and Tony was able to give us advice on what to do in future situations. Definitely calling him again in future situations and will absolutely recommend him to others.

WOW!!! Quick backstory... DIY shower drip repair on a Saturday morning turned terribly wrong. Water turned off at the street, in-laws coming this evening... you get the picture.

Looked up a plumber on Yelp, Tony go high marks. Called and within 30 minutes he was fixing my DIY homeowner screw up!!! Was done before noon, and his price was so reasonable, timely, and honest!

Tony's my Plumber for life... and should be yours too!!!

I have been using Tony's Plumbing and Rooter for the past 10 years for my business as well as my home. He is very humble, professional, reliable and extremely fair in his pricing. His work is always top notch. He and his assistant are very friendly and easy to work with. They will take the time to explain what needs or doesn't need to be done. As a national franchise owner, I am used to being ripped off by service providers who will usually charge me more just to show up at my door than Tony usually does to complete a basic job. I can't recommend him highly enough. You won't regret calling him.

I drove into my garage and saw a huge puddle on my garage floor. Our water heater had burst a leak. Tony came to our house 20 minutes after we spoke to him on the phone. He was straight up, offered us great advice, and was a pleasure to work with. Afterwards, we realized that a leaking water heater was covered under our home warranty. So we didn't end up working with Tony. But he did allow us to have running water for the time being by connecting the cold water line into the hot water line above our water heater. If we ever have a plumbing issue in the future, there's only one person that we are calling.

Tony was awesome! Called and he came over within the hour. Fixed the problem in 5 mins and only charged a service charge. Highly recommend!

I want to thank Tony for putting customers first. Tony came in like 2 weeks to unclogge by kitchen sink. He did a great job. Unfortunately it got clogged up again due to grease poured in by my wonderful wife, so I called Tony. Tony came in without question and unclogged it again at no charge. Thank you again for your great customer care. Keep up the good work Tony. You definitely earned a customer for life.

Originally planned to have another company come out but I needed someone ASAP so I contacted Tony.

I was happy to be able to speak directly to the plumber over the phone and he came right on schedule. Friendly, local guy who is easy to communicate with. He and his partner took care of our problem quickly and efficiently. Reasonable prices, definitely did not 'break the bank.'

Thank you again, highly recommended and he will be our 'go to' plumber in the future.
