Had a back up in the bath tub that the kids use. Tony responded to my message right away. The fix took less then a minute and he showed me what to do, next time it happens. He even gave me some advice on a leaky shower down stairs. He is very approachable and easy to talk to. Customer service a A+. I won't be calling anybody else if something is to happen again. Highly recommend.

My underground water pipe busted and there was water everywhere... had to shut off the main water valve... this was a late Friday night.. my friend recommended Tony, and I'm so glad she did. He was able to come in Saturday morning and fix the problem. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy and I would definitely recommend him!

Tony and crew came out right away when we called. Found the leak, fixed it and were extraordinarily professional. We were desperate to get someone to help us. We had to turn the water off at the main when a pipe bursted in our upstairs bathroom late Friday afternoon. We called several other plumbing companies, but since it was late, they said they couldn't come out until the next day. I called a friend and she recommended Tony, so I called and he was there in 30 minutes. I strongly recommend Tony's plumbing and rooter business. Found Tony on yelp and chose him because of his high ratings and was very happy I did.

We had a drain that backed up on a Saturday morning. I called Tony and fortunately he had an appt available. He and Carl showed up on time and were able to diagnose the issue and solve it. They were very friendly, honest and straight forward with what they thought the issue was, how they planned to fix it and what the cost would be.

Normally my husband usually deals with plumbers or repair people but since he wasn't able to be home, I really appreciated dealing with someone that I didn't feel was taking advantage of me and my lack of plumbing knowledge!

I will definitely use Tony again in the future and would highly recommend him and Carl!!!

Carl came to check a leak which ended up being the faucet. He did not charge me for the visit. I ordered the faucet and he came back to install it. He was professional and so pleasant. I highly recommend this business!

We couldn't have had a better experience with Tony and his crew. We had discovered a water heater leak and were going out of town so we needed it fixed right away - Tony came by the same day and by 8am the next morning was already starting the job ! We also had some water damage underneath the water heater and some damaged pipes that Tony was able to repair for us. Within 24 hours of calling him, we had hot water again. What a great experience! I contacted Tony's Plumbing & Rooter last minute and he showed up the same day. I explained what I needed done; he made me feel at ease, because he knew exactly what to do. All the work he did for our home on a short notice, that needed to pass inspection, and he did pass inspection. We very appreciative on what Tony's Plumbing & Rooter done for our home & family!
