Tony's Drain & Sewer is an exceptional plumbing service I highly recommend.

I had a plumbing emergency and was recommended to Tony's by another plumber who I had called. I needed hydro-jetting, and the other service I called said they were the best. Not only was Sergio extremely knowledgeable and experienced, but he was also very honest and professional throughout the entire process. Sergio took the time to explain the issue with my drain and sewer system thoroughly and provided me with a set cost for the job.

What impressed me most, though, was his honesty and integrity. I had another household name service come out and quote me on the job. $1200-$1600 for a hydro-jetting service, then they skipped out on their service window and date. Over the phone, when Sergio politely asked what I was quoted, I gave him the range. He could have charged me anything within that range. Instead, he said their fee was $950. His honesty and integrity alone sold me on their business. I know, dumb move on my part, but when you have a plumbing emergency, you're not thinking correctly.

He went above and beyond to ensure that I was fully informed about the work that needed to be done, and he never tried to upsell me on any unnecessary services or products. The result was of the highest quality, and he ensured everything was completed to my satisfaction before leaving. He was punctual, courteous, and respectful of my property, and he left the work area clean and tidy.

Overall, I cannot recommend Tony's Drain & Sewer highly enough. If you need an honest and professional plumber who will provide exceptional service and quality work, look no further than Tony's Drain & Sewer.

I have used Tony's Drain and Sewer Cleaning at my house twice now and I'm very happy with the service. Scheduling was quick and easy, and the technician arrived right on time. The technician was friendly and professional through the whole process. I had Tony's hydro jet my clay drain pipes due to root growth causing a backup. The technician used his camera and was very careful to keep an eye out for any cracks or places the hydro jet could damage. He showed me exactly what was going on in my drain pipe with his camera and pointed out a spot that will eventually need repair. He showed me how clean the drain pipe was after finishing his work and guaranteed the work for 6 months. Price was very fair. I highly recommend Tony's for anyone that has to keep old sewer pipes clear of roots.

I also highly recommend them for sewer inspection prior to buying a home. Tony's came out during my new home inspection and recorded a clear video of the sewer drain so I knew exactly what I was getting myself into before buying my house.

Tony's was recommended by another contractor. My house flooded from the 2nd floor toilet to the entire house. Tony's came by and did the camera, thought maybe it was cracked under my driveway. Tore up my whole driveway didn't find a crack. They claimed they had to tear up the driveway to fix the ""pitch"". Then they tore of my whole front yard. Filled in the holes but DID NOT FIX MY YARD. I reached out several times and got the run around. Well after they claimed it was fixed and my entire inside was renovated IT FLOODED AGAIN. They claimed it was a different problem. NOOOOO. It was flooding, you didn't fix it, it flooded again. This time my BASEMENTwas dug up!!!!! Now they found concrete in the sewage line (not under the driveway I just flippin dropped $15k on!!!!! Then they tried charging for another camera! Guess what?! Over a year later STILL A PILE OF GRAVEL IN MY YARD AND A CRACKED DRIVEWAY! Which yes I told them about and NOTHING! They lie. They make up shit to charge more AND they will not fix their mess ups. DO NOT RISK IT!!!!!! It's not worth it. Go elsewhere!

I had them come out because my main sewer line was blocked. They came same day and rodded it out. Was working ok for 3 weeks then I had the city come camera the line cause there was still a blockage. I called them to come back and they told me no warranty and they would come out but I would have to pay again. I think they could have given me some kind of discount considering it wasn't even a month. So I called someone else who was 50.00 cheaper and gives a warranty.

I called Tony's for a videocamera inspection of a sewer line that had to be done within 5 hours due to a contract. They were able to get someone to the premises within the required time. The tech was very professional and explained everything we saw in the pipe. I can't say the video will win any Oscar's, but the service was great.

***HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND*** I just want to start off by letting everyone know this company and the employees are GARBAGE. Go anywhere but here! Yesterday my father had the most unprofessional and rude service he's ever experienced. A couple of weeks prior they had came out to fix a drain at one of his properties only to have THE SAME ISSUE. The employees come to the property again and my father explains to them that he's not satisfied with the half job they did because the drain is not completely unclogged. The employees make up an excuse and refuse do any work unless they get paid again. Which makes absolutely no sense because it's THE SAME ISSUE as before which means you guys didn't do your job! My father tries to call the office and speaks to a secretary that is completely clueless and doesn't know what's going on. She says to him the manager will give him call. So when the manager calls, my father expresses his issues and frustration he's experiencing at this point. Then the manager says he'll have to call him back after he talks to his employees to figure out what exactly they did. How UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL to not even apologize for all the troubles that he's been experiencing. Not to mention he never called him back to come to a resolution. This company DOES NOT ACKNOWLEDGE the fact that the work they did was done INCORRECTLY. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS $$ MONEY AND NOT THE CLIENT!

Im not one to write a negative nor a positive review. However, 'the over the top' customer service and expertise I experienced today deserves recognition. Sergio (manager/owner) came out to our house to do power rodding along with a camera inspection because of obstruction in the pipe and sewer backup. Sergio explained and let us view the camera while it was going through the pipe. So we know and see exactly what he sees. He determined the problem and gave us different options ...he was working with us to 'fix the problem' at a low cost. As he said, 'let's take baby steps first'. I really appreciate his knowledge along with his honesty. I highly recommend this company to do any of your plumbing needs!!!

Been very impressed with this company and the level of care, quickness of action and professionalism as well we quick attention. Within 1 day this company went out to a home I oversee and provided me and my client with an honest and trustworthy assessment of my clients sewer line. We almost gotten taken advantage from a different company for nearly $5K because the other company said a small section of the line needed a new clean out. I was very concerned and so glad we got this ciao you to provide a second assessment and within less than 24 hours of the visit we received a full video with voice clarification while the video scoping line was going through the line. Furthermore found out that the pipe was in good condition and didn't need any attention other than yearly rodding. This was great news and quite honestly wish that all companies had this level of integrity and responsiveness. I was so impressed overall that I had to call Sergio and Tony's Drain and Sewer to compliment them and now they have a new loyal customer for many homes which will only increase their business revenue. Hard to come by honest companies that don't try to take advantage of people. This company is by far the best I've ever worked with. Everything they did was PERFECT!!!!!!!
