These guys took less than 90 minutes to fix a problem that 4 other service calls from 2 other companies, totaling 6 plumbers couldn't fix in almost two weeks. Spending two weeks pumping human waste out of your basement is hell.

These guys fixed the problem, gave good advice, and cleaned up after themselves, even cleaning up the messes the previous plumbers left behind. They knew things about my house that I didn't even know - that is the sign of someone who truly knows their craft.

Tony's came out to my place to assist with what I thought was going to be a much more miserable situation than it ended up being. When they came out, Tony's son was the head of the 2-man crew. He wasn't in my basement 10 minutes before he found something no other drain cleaner had found before - the correct clean-out for the sewer line. For about 1.5 years, I have been taking my main drain apart so that drain cleaners could tap into the sewer line with a 4"" blade, and we could have been going into the real cleanout with a 6"" blade and getting the job done right the first time. In a matter of about 30 minutes, Tony's had cleared my sewer line of roots all the way to the city sewer main, a feat never before accomplished. The price was incredibly reasonable, more than the cheapest I had had out, but way less than calling out someone like Roto-Rooter. If you are in Hamilton and your drain needs cleaned, Tony's would be the top of my list.
