Took him 2 months to get all my garage door parts. Went through my home warranty. Took another 2 months for him to tell me he's been too busy to get to my garage doors. Finally called the home warranty to send out a different technician. Highly not recommended. I never hounded him, just asked for updates. He then played the victim card on me and I find him to be extremely unprofessional. Never use him!

The first time we tried to use our AC when we moved into this house it didn't work. Tony was quick to come out, and diagnose the issue. He was polite, quick and knowledgable. Every time our HVAC would fail, Tony has come and done an outstanding job getting us back in comfortable cool. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of HVAC work.

I wish I didn't have to give a 1 star review especially in the time of a pandemic. However, I just got a bill in the mail for a service that Tony never performed. I had scheduled an appointment with Tony but a few days before my appointment I fixed my problem myself and no longer needed him, I called him 5-6 times trying to cancel his appointment but he never answered so I left a voicemail.. what else could I do? Well Tony, I'm not paying a fee when you never stepped foot in my house. Tony, you know you got my voicemail where I canceled my appointment. It's not MY fault that you don't check your phone... he's very very hard to get ahold of, even making an appointment in February was difficult with him because he didn't answer his phone.
I truly believe that Tony was trying to scheme me into getting paid for a job he never preformed. He left notes that I ""claimed"" that I canceled my appointment but never got my voicemail. Yes, yes you did. Either he's a schemer or he is very very bad at checking his phone- and honestly neither of those things make up for the other. Who wants an electrician that they can't even get in contact with? Take your business to someone else and save yourself the headache.
