We were in the midst of a crisis with a failing conventional water heater that was leaking which needed to be either repaired or replaced. As we faced the dilema of replacing it with another water heater or a more expensive tankless water heater, we decided we were done with a conventional heater. I called Tony And explained our situation, he was able to not only offer an excellent tankless solution, but was able to install it in record time. Tony was extremely professional, timely, very detail oriented and provided an overall excellent experience. I highly recommend Tony to anyone looking for an honest plumber.

Tony and his guys were amazing. We had a few plumbers out to try to fix our water heater, but no one could solve it until Tony arrived. He's fair and honest, and he makes sure your problem is solved. The best Service in Pasadena and Burbank!! No work too small or too big. I hire Tony for all my Plumbing jobs in my apartment rentals, not to mention, my friends and family have very happy with his quality of work. Tony and his assistant just left and we were very impressed! Our sewer main line was blocked. We only have one bathroom and it hadn't been in working order since yesterday afternoon. Another plumber had come over this morning - he gave up after he was splashed with a little water and left our pipes under the house undone so we were unable to use any faucets after that. Tony answered the phone directly when we called and showed up at the appointed time this Saturday evening. Pleasant, honest, professional....knows plumbing! If we have any more plumbing issues, we are definitely calling Tony. Highly recommend! God bless Tony and his assistant!

I cannot say enough great things about Tony and his crew. Our condo complex has tried out multiple plumbers and Tony is the standout. He's really responsive and tries to find the root of the issue not just the quick fix. He has done minor things (identifying a dishwasher that didn't have the proper hook ups) to major things (hydrojetting the entire building and replacing sewer pipe lines). He has come to our building and stayed pasted 11pm. His prices are reasonable and he doesn't try to find ways to charge extra even though he goes the extra mile by checking on previous repairs or offering additional services for free on big jobs.

My co-worker needed a plumber b/c her water heater went out and her regular plumber was out of town. I gave her Tony's number and he suggested that she call the gas company to check the pilot light b/c they would relight it for free. He even called her later that day to check to make sure it was the pilot light and she had hot water.

He's a younger guy and when you ask him for his opinion on various options, he gives his honest answer not just what will make him the most money.

We found a very unexpected crack in a pipe in our basement and called Tony the Plumber on a Saturday evening for help. He was able to come in early Sunday morning and quickly replace the pipe for a very reasonable price. He is professional, courteous and even closed the gate behind him every time he went in and out to his truck to be sure our dog didn't get out. I recommend Tony the Plumber!
