I called on Friday and made an appointment for Monday morning but no one showed up Monday morning. I called to find out what happened and the receptionist/scheduler said that whoever answered the phone on Friday didn't put my appointment in the schedule but she would call around to her plumbers to see if any of them could still come out. A few minutes later, I received a call from the sales and service manager who tried to blame me for the scheduling snafu and denied any responsibility on their end. If zero stars was a rating, that's what they would get. It's one thing to make a mistake with scheduling but a whole other thing to not say sorry and instead, to try to blame it on the customer.

The service rep that came out in August 2021 for a free estimate on installing a shut off behind my kitchen stove Charged Me $150.00! All he did was locate shut off valve in basement that was not up to code with CNG. The rep from Marzano's should have realized this and advised me. All he did was take my money without giving me a written estimate to correct the situation and bring things up to code. So much for keeping to your word for giving out free estimates! Would not recommend hiring this service!!!

Used Marzanos a few times now. Labor pricing is on point with everyone else but the responsiveness and reliability is MUCH better than other local vendors (i.e. cancellations, can't get there for 3 days, etc).

I just purchased my home and the garbage disposal switch was under the sink in a hidden place , I called Tony thinking that the disposal wasn't working as I was using the wrong switch ! He showed me how to turn it on and didn't charge me for coming out . What a great guy! I will for sure use them again if I ever need a plumber !!
