I scheduled service with LaMartina Plumbing last week and the first available day was today (Wednesday). I received an email saying they were looking forward to seeing me on Wednesday, and this morning I received a text saying I was on the schedule and they'd be in touch with me about when the plumbers would arrive. It's now 2:30 pm and I called to see what's going on. The ""scheduler"" said she called me on Monday to confirm the appointment but checking both my incoming calls and voicemails, there was no call from LaMartina.

I got up early to make sure to be ready in case I was the first call of the day and waited 8 hours only to be told they removed me from the schedule because I didn't return the call (that I never received). They offered me a time late this week or early next week. I expressed dismay that I thought I was on the schedule because of the emails and texts and she said those just go out automatically and sarcastically asked if I wanted the appointment or not.

This company clearly does not care about it customers and treats them very rudely. Their systems of emails and texts looks very good, but if it doesn't reflect what's really going on, it's useless. Save yourself some time and call someone else. I have used this company many times in the past, but the new business model is certainly a failure.
