Told me they could give me a 30 minutes heads up before they arrived. Charged me for that 30 minutes without informing me of this before hand. They told me they couldn't repair/reconnect my bathtub drain because it wasn't something they did. Not sure why that isn't a plumbing issue. The techs were pleasant but I will not be using them again.

Scam....sadly used them for years and used to be honest and good.. As a Broker and manager of many properties they were caught making up billing hours. Would NEVER use this company again and would advise to stay away.

They installed washer bib and new flange in the bathroom that I had the subfloor replaced.

It's impossible to rate a company when they don't return your call. Simply rude to ignore potential new customers that would be able to spread the good word.

They called at 8 a m saying they'd be at my home between 8:30 and 8:45. At 9:35, they pulled in. They installed a gas line and set stove in. Left at 11:30. They left all packaging debris in my yard. Charged me for 3 hours. Did not relight my pilot light for hot water heater and gas heaters. I called after hours and left message saying I had no hot water. They totally ignored me. So I hauled off debris and went without hot water till I could get someone to come out and light it. Not a good experience.

I would have to give the review as incomplete. We are moving back to Rome from another state, and the house we are buying needs some repairs. Always heard good things about Carver and Carver. I spoke with Mark, told him about our situation. He said they could look at it and give us an estimate. We sent him the home inspection so he could view it and know what to look for. Four days later my wife calls to see if they had an estimate, as our due diligence time was running out. Mark said that he had not opened the email. Was actually pretty rude to my wife. Said he would check it out that day as he would be out on another estimate. That was a week ago. We still haven't heard from them. On the other hand Agan plumbing went that day, gave a fair estimate. I guess the $4500 in repairs just didn't mean anythiing to the Carvers. Be careful with this company

Never use again! After paying over $300 for them being at my home to """" fix a leak"""" due to high water bill, the next month my bill doubled! When they left they told me there was likely a leak outside because the dial was still spinning but they never came back. I also provided faucets and had them change 2 bathroom faucets and they used my decorative hand towel for the project leaving it wadded on my sink with dirt chunks! I can't make this up! When I called to tell them not only had my water bill doubled again, my water was not running properly from the faucets they installed and they never addressed the constant refilling bathroom tank I told them about- so I changed the flapper myself- they never called me back! Needless to say I will Never use them again and have called another plumber!! I plan to tell all my friends..

After moving into my new apartment our building had a major sewage backup and our kitchen sink, along with other tenants' bathtubs, etc. were filled with human waste. This company was called out to remedy the problem. After examining the sewer grate outside one of the workers came into my apartment to check the water heater closet under my stairs. The ended up making a mess all over my floor and underneath my kitchen cabinet, and in the process ruined approximately $80 worth of kitchen appliances under my sink. They then just left. No clog fixed. And guess who had to clean up THEIR mess??? ME. Not only was the job not completed, I feel it was completely unprofessional to come into my apartment and make such an unnecessary mess. I did not pay for the so-caled """"services"""" they did not perform. Very lucky guy here. Just posting this because they obviously do not know how to unclog a drain.

These gentleman came in to repair my sink and flush the pipes. I've never met people more professional, honest, and helpful in all my life. These guys were courteous and very reasonable. The problem area were explained, fixed, and they were generous enough to work around my schedule. I'm saving their number for any future work
