Horrible experience. Left my bathroom dirty, sink handles didn't line up and water pressure was left too low. The plumber left without reviewing the work with me, just disappeared. After a month of repeated calls they sent him back to fix it. He increased the pressure and asked if it was ok. I asked what the new pressure level was and he replied, ""I don't know, I don't have a water pressure gauge."" Am I supposed to guess what the proper level is? My shower has much less pressure now.

I'll pay the bill, but would never use Tony Capra Plumbing again

Capra plumbing has been fantastic for us. Always professional and personal. Can't reccomend them enough Service and Quality of work are top notch. We had a minor emergency and Dean got us back up and running in no time with great workmanship and a friendly attitude.
Thanks for the great response and work.

This business is very bad when you have a work done that is not done correctly. They installed our air conditioning units and I highly recommend that you do not use them. We have had numerous problems only to find out that they were installed incorrectly. We cannot get anyone from the company to return our phone calls as they do not want to deal with it. I strongly recommend that you do not use this company.

When my sewer line out back went out of service, these guys worked with the city to get it fixed. Everything was fixed to code.

At their showroom on Evans, Tony was extraordinarily helpful when I was choosing the right fixtures for an accessible bathroom makeover, and he went beyond normal customer service. When trying to choose a tub, he devised a cardboard template to see which one would fit and how, and saved me a small headache that allowed me to correct a change in proposed design. He made experienced insightful observations, and addressed issues personally. When one plumbing part was very over-delayed in arriving, he picked up the tab for installation. I have greatly appreciated the trust, attention to detail, and helpfulness from each showroom visit. He is now helping with a second bathroom renovation. Having a showroom person who really understands the complexity of plumbing instead of just trying to sell me pretty fixtures has earned Tony Capra an A+!

I had the ""experience"" of coming into contact with an employee of this company. Let me describe him to you. Elder person, must've been 60+, white/gray whispy hair, glasses, and big fat fingers. I know this because I got a good glimpse of his middle finger through his back windshield as he's flipping me off in his company car. Great. Stupid AND hateful. I honked at him because he cut me off. I honked....just honked and he immediately flipped me off. If their employees are hateful like this, can you imagine what they're like when they show up to take care of your home or business. No respect at all, and to do it while you're driving around as a representative for your company. Who knows, maybe he's the owner. I hope someone does something about the gross behavior of this person. I know I will NEVER use this company to take care of my home.

I've used Tony Capra Plumbing twice; first time, they arrived pro pty and fixed the problem for a reasonable fee. Second time, work was way overpriced. I've called twice to speak with someone about it and had no return call. Poor customer service. I would not use again. And I had already recommended them to a friend. Never again

I had to call to dispute work done by them. The owner laughed at me as I was describing the issue. Laughed at my knowledge of how plumbing works! Laughed at me - their customer! Who does that?!?

We recently had an issue with our air conditioning and called Tony Capra to see if we could find out the problem and get a quote for repairs. We were happily surprised that John was able to come out the same day in the afternoon. He explained that we need to prop up our furnace with 2 by 4s as the drain pan was below the drain pipe that allow drainage to flow out under our new roof. He also said he could fix our squirrel eaten wiring and replace the water pump that helps drain off the excess condensation from the furnace. He left saying that he would have Marco called us with a quote. We didn't hear from Marco for 4 days (not including the weekend that passed by), even though I had left several messages, and spoke to him directly. He just wasn't in a hurry to give us a quote, even though he knew we were in a hurry to cool off our office for our overheated staff. Finally, he quoted $1880. Not only did we get another company out the day after this awful quote and delay, we had it repaired on the spot for $450 (Applewood Plumbing) WITHOUT 2X4S, AND STILL PROPER DRAINAGE. .

Tony Capra Plumbing Heating is great! They have helped us out twice...both on holiday weekends. We have a 1936 steam boiler and there are very few companies who understand how to service these old systems. We tried several other companies before calling Tony Capra and it was a disaster. Tony Capra's team is knowledgable, service oriented and honest. We won't use anyone else from now on.
