I've experienced issues with my heating system and recently signed up for the Comfort Club at $20 per month ($240 per year), which covers a dispatch fee of $81. When the technician arrived, they simply replaced a filter I already had on hand, a task that took about five minutes, told me to use distill water in my humidifier and I was subsequently charged $130. This is after dispatch fee and 15% comfort memeber discount. Service would of been $155 for non memebrs. They are charging you $81 to talk to a few ladies in the front desk and $155 just for a tech to come out to your place!

When I called to cancel my membership just four days after signing up, I was informed of a $50 cancellation fee as well as the $81 dispatch fee since I am cancelling. Although I have used their services multiple times in the past and found them satisfactory, the current approach of charging excessively for minimal service, such as changing a filter, is disappointing. It appears that they prioritize profit over genuinely helping their customers, which is why I cannot recommend their services.

Service was great but find someone who cares about you more than they care about charging you!

I'm so pleased with the service I've received from Tonna over the last month. In comparison to other local companies that I reached out to they were the only ones that gave me a reasonable quote for a new AC unit. Other companies in the area were quoting me above $10,000 to $15000 for a new AC unit in a townhome!!!!! Rediculous! Tonna was so kind from the start. Great customer service over the phone. They explained every detail and what needed to be done as well as all my options up front so I could make an educated and smart choice for my home. All the techs were friendly and informative. I will recommend them to anyone. Thank you Tonna! Now I have a new AC unit and won't sweat the remainder of the summer.

I called Tonna to come fix an upper shower drain leak into a basement bedroom. Tonna spent the entire day running all over Rochester because they did not have the correct plumbing parts and then charged me at the end for all the time it took them to drive around Rochester!!

Whats worse is they had to cut a 2x4 hole in my ceiling in order to get to the drain that cost me $1,000 in repairs that they would not cover!!

Then to make it even worse the repair was no done correctly and is back again!! They refuse to stand by their work and told me I would have to cover their dispatch fee and repair fee again!!

I bought a new home and Tonna installed the HVAC system. About a month after we moved in the unit stopped working. I called and a technician (Jamie) arrived that day. He was professional, efficient, and helpful. Parts had to be ordered but he had us running temporarily. The unit quit completely the next day so I called the after hours number and Dan was great...The next day they were in touch (Rhonda was very helpful!) to schedule repairs and Jamie has us going very quickly...great service!!

Great service! Friendly, reliable, reasonably priced. We had our water softener fail and feed resin through our entire house. What a mess. Only one our four toilets, and two of about 6 faucets worked. Tonna came and got us going again.

I appreciate the many service calls and conversations on how different measurement devices can come up with such variable temperature and humidity readings. Within 10 years I've practically paid for the same heat and air system twice. Finally replaced the mother board, reconnected loose wires, and am ready start all over again.

Please never choose TONNA! We were just fored to pay more than $200 for a 10 min consulting fee. If the technician was a lawyer, I may understand why his time cost so much, just came to our house for 1 10 min chat, they charged me $200! Ridiculous!! I found other people were having same issues as me. My suggestion: Never ever go with TONNA
