My plumber retired, which left me scrambling. I tried two other 4.5 star plumbing companies -- one whose repair broke again after 4 months and another whose prices were outrageous. A friend said call Tonkin! Am I glad I did!! The plumber was knowledgeable, he spent a lot of time with the project. Fixed it. I have had Tonkin's Plumbing out for 2 slab leaks, multiple pressure regulator replacements and several impossible to repair angle stops. My kitchen sink was backed up and overflowing into the dishwasher. I called my home warranty only to find out the soonest they could come out was 72 hrs.

I called Tonkin and they were able to come out the same day. Nelson was extremely professional and ensured there would be a solution. Tonkin Plumbing delivered! Although it would have been less costly had I gone through my warranty, I felt the value was fair for the same day service. It was well worth getting the problem repaired the same day rather than waiting 72 hours.

I can't express my gratitude enough for Kevin and the Tonkin team. Came home to a busted, leaking water heater. Got a quote from another company for triple what this team was able to provide. Beyond that, there was a problem that emerged a few hours after installation (not their fault) and they came back to fix the problem that evening, without any additional compensation. Save your time, save your money, save your sanity and hire these good folks!

Matt came out today to replace two Faucets in my home. The bathroom bathtub faucet was the most difficult because the house is 100 years old and the access to the plumbing is a very small hard to get at area. Matt was very patient and professional and got the job done in a timely manner. He also cleaned up the area and you would never know that a plumber had been there except for everything worked now. Having a gas line leak is the scariest feeling ever! Thankful that Tonkin made our safety a priority! After the initial call, I recieved a call from them getting a clearer picture of the problem. Fortunately, they were able to move up the appt time. Roy called letting us know he was on his way, showed up and got right to work. His knowledge and professionalism were such a breathe of fresh air! He located the leak explained everything needed and got it done. He then checked everything, relighted the pilots and he was done before the original appt time! The price was less than quoted and we could not be more pleased with Tonkin. When searching for a plumbing company that had experience with gas lines I came across Tonkin, I'm so glad I did! We'll be using them for any plumbing needs from here on out!

Employees park work vehicles in non parking areas. If they are that lazy to not park in the correct spot can only imagine the corners cut to leave a job early.

I was very pleased with Tonkin plumbing. The plumber was very professional very pleasant. He was there at the specified time, diagnosed the leak, had to go out for a part, came back, fixed it boom that was it. It was great.
The service itself was less than $200 and he fixed a leak that has been plaguing me for years. I would trust Tonkin again.
