Matt came out today to replace two Faucets in my home. The bathroom bathtub faucet was the most difficult because the house is 100 years old and the access to the plumbing is a very small hard to get at area. Matt was very patient and professional and got the job done in a timely manner. He also cleaned up the area and you would never know that a plumber had been there except for everything worked now. Having a gas line leak is the scariest feeling ever! Thankful that Tonkin made our safety a priority! After the initial call, I recieved a call from them getting a clearer picture of the problem. Fortunately, they were able to move up the appt time. Roy called letting us know he was on his way, showed up and got right to work. His knowledge and professionalism were such a breathe of fresh air! He located the leak explained everything needed and got it done. He then checked everything, relighted the pilots and he was done before the original appt time! The price was less than quoted and we could not be more pleased with Tonkin. When searching for a plumbing company that had experience with gas lines I came across Tonkin, I'm so glad I did! We'll be using them for any plumbing needs from here on out!

Employees park work vehicles in non parking areas. If they are that lazy to not park in the correct spot can only imagine the corners cut to leave a job early.

I was very pleased with Tonkin plumbing. The plumber was very professional very pleasant. He was there at the specified time, diagnosed the leak, had to go out for a part, came back, fixed it boom that was it. It was great.
The service itself was less than $200 and he fixed a leak that has been plaguing me for years. I would trust Tonkin again.

I have a business in downtown Riverside. We had our toilets backing up and overflowing. I called Tonkin at 7:30am and they had a service provider to my office before 8am. They rooted out my drain pipe and were finished by 8:30am. Toilet problem handled. They were amazingly fast and efficient. Tonkin Plumbing absolutely gets 5 stars from me.

If there were 6 stars...they'd get it. We had a gas leak and subsequently the gas company turned off our gas. We called another company and said we needed them to come test the lines to find the leak. Not only did this other company not bring the pressure thingy (that's the proper term, you know) but they took less than 5 minutes to ""look"" and tell us where they thought the leak was and it would be over $8,000 to fix it! Hmm? Decided to get a second opinion and called Tonkin (the FIRST PLACE WE SHOULD HAVE CALLED). I don't have enough words to tell you how great, professional and honest this company is. Not only did they work their rear-ends off to find the leak (oh...there were several...NONE of which were anywhere near where the first guy said it was. Can you imagine? We would have spent $8000 and we still would have had a leak!) but these guys actually cared that we were without gas and really wanted to help find that leak. We saved over $6,000 and actually got the leaks fixed! I can't thank or recommend Tonkin Plumbing enough!

The garbage disposal went out on a rental house in Riverside. I bought a new garbage disposal then read yelp reviews and called Tonkin Plumbing yesterday . I was quoted a reasonable price for installation, so I scheduled the replacement for 8am this morning.
Mathew went out as scheduled and replaced my garbage disposal in a professional manner. They charged me what was quoted and my tenants are happy and so am I. I will call them again if I need plumbing service in Riverside. Thanks Tonkin!
