A guy came out to do an estimate on plumbing work at my house. One of the problems was a clogged tub drain. He gave me an estimate on all the work. I asked him if he could just unclog the drain now and I'd contact him after I saved up enough money to do the rest of the work he quoted me for. He said, yes, he could unclog the tub for $125 so I didn't have to stand in 1/2 foot of dirty water every time I showered. I paid him cash and he claimed it was fixed. My daughter took a shower and said it wasn't right. I did too to verify that it wasn't unclogged completely... water was still draining so slowly that it accumulated in the tub while showering.
I paid $125 to have my drain unclogged but it's only partially cleared out. I called to tell them that it wasn't right and the installer told me that he wouldn't do anything to fix the problem unless I shelled out more money.
Now they don't answer my messages.
I paid $125 to have my drain cleaned and they didn't provide the service I paid for.
I would advise people against choosing this company. I'm very unsatisfied. They don't even deserve 1 Star!

I have had Tonis Plumbing out to my home twice in the last couple of months for seperate reasons. Both times the plumbers were very fast in arriving. They were polite and respectful while in my home. They finished both jobs quickly and they were very helpful while answering my questions. If you're in the Freeport area and you need a plumber I cannot recommend Toni's Plumbing Service enough.
