I called these guys to fix a clogged sink and a leaky toilet. This was 1 week after my babe was born and I was super busy . I asked my uncle to let them in the house and deal with them while they were there. They fixed the clogged sink and sent me a bill of 350$ for it .
They also told me I needed to replace the entire sink etc etc and send me another exorbitant estimate for that.
Meanwhile they charged for but did not fix the leaky toilet which continues to leak away .
Do not recommend!

--FOLLOW UP from Fall, 2011 - we had a sink pipe explode on us after hours (about 7pm I think) and we called Tone, hoping he'd save us. He told us he doesn't work after hours. This was a huge bummer for me and I am sorry to say has put me off from using him again or recommending him to others. Sorry, but plumbing is a 24/7 job, especially in light of how much he asked me to give him a good review on here. Jeez.

A.R. Pro Retrofitter is a one man show. He shows up on time and is always professional. He has over ten years of plumbing experience and is a licensed contractor. He has fixed simple things like a clogged garbage disposal and done more difficult jobs like clear drain lines. He specializes in retrofitting and always gives a fair price.

I hired him through a friend and really appreciated his honesty. As a woman, I often feel that in the world of fixing things I don't always have the upper hand. Tony patiently explained what the problem was, what my options were and gave me honest prices. I appreciate that in a plumber. He also did a great job of cleaning up after his work. Which is more than I can say for previous plumbers who left a trail of dirt and grime all over the bathroom and through the rest of my home.

He informed that although he has been plumbing for years it is only in the past year that he has been starting to go after jobs on his own. He wanted to be a contracted plumber and make sure his clients were taken care of and that they come first.
