5:30 Sunday evening and my septic tank backs up. I called Tom's who I've used in the past. I got an answering service that told me I'd get a call back. Jason called within ten minutes and had a crew at my house within twenty minutes to take care of the problem. I highly recommend Tom's Septic.

Outstanding Service!! I called this morning at 9 and Roy was here, waiting for me, at 12:30. He was very professional and courteous, and explained everything that he did, and what may need servicing in the next few years. However, the clogged toilet in my main house still persisted. I had no idea where the clean out was. 30 minutes after Roy completed his pumping, the owner Jason came out in his work truck to find the clean out, take a video of my tank, and he and his helper Shawn got the toilet working in 20 minutes. These guys, and this company, are THE BEST!!!! Jason and his family are locals, so I'm keeping my money in local, honest tradesmen! I can't recommend them enough!!!!! Thank you Jason, Shawn and Roy- you guys are stars! Oh, let's not forget.....the price was amazingly reasonable- I was pleasantly surprised!

AMAZING SERVICE! These gentlemen are responsive, fast, professional, neat, and really great! We had a flooded system due to the rain. We had some hiccups in the beginning getting our septic tank replaced, but once the project started, everything ran smoothly. Jason, Shaun, Jamie and Chris were all great! We appreciate their transparency and professionalism. Also, we appreciate Chris and Jamie's humor and wonderful thoughtfulness! They made sure we regained our toilet usage as quickly as possible. Our concrete was damaged by their heavy equipment. Jason was made aware and made sure our concrete was fixed. We really appreciate Jason's professionalism in making sure our concrete was back to how it was and for getting someone to come have it fixed. I would definitely recommend. Called them and within half hour they came it to pump our septic. They were quick, efficient, and friendly. Did a great job. They told me straight away that I could save 150 dollars if I uncover my lids myself, which we did. And our tank was missing a simple ABS T piece on the inside and the owner offered to show me what I needed and how to put it on if I wanted to do it myself or he said he would put it on for 25 dollars. I really liked the honestly and how he offered to even show me how to do it even though that would mean he would lose money. I opted to just have him do it since he had the part and I really liked the honesty. He was also friendly and funny too. I definitely appreciate them and would highly recommend. I've been telling all of my friends about them.

We had Toms come out to pup our trailer that we are living in during a remodel. My husband at that time inquired about our septic tank. He expressed to them that I had lost my wedding ring about 18 mos ago and was hoping it could be rescued. Everyone was hoping for the best but knew it was probably unlikely, then there is was in the tank! One of the guys jumped in to get it. They were professional and took care trying to locate the priceless piece of jewelry.
