I called Tom for what I thought was a routine unclogging of my toilet. Well, it turns out it was much more serious. Tom was very knowledgeable, and didn't beat-around-the-bush... I could only afford a minor service call (unclogging with a snake), but this was going to require some heavier equipment. Well, I asked if he'd use the snake anyhow, but he said that he wouldn't even want to charge me for that or even attempt it... I was surprised by his honesty and helpfulness. So I called the landlord, and turns out he had the heavy equipment we needed. Long story short, I'd recommend and use this guy exclusively because of the way he does business. Tom fixed our plumbing clog in mere minutes. Our problem was that we had a clog that was blocking not only our bathroom sink but also our bathtub, kitchen sink and our laundry machine due to how our home pipe system was setup. He came and we showed him what our issue what. He took a look underneath our home to see our pipe system and identified the best way to fix our plumbing problem. Due to how the pipes were all connected together, turns out the best solution was to snake the pipe through our bathroom sink since it would hit the clog straight on. Immediately, after just a little bit of snaking, he cleared our clog that was backing up everything which, once again, included our bathroom sink, bathtub, kitchen sink and laundry machine.

He even helped us clean up a bit even though he didn't have to.

He also gave us some maintenance tips so we could prevent future issues on our own.

A different plumbing service we had used previously spent multiple hours and didn't fix our plumbing problem. They had also taken a look underneath our home but they never identified how to fix our problem. They tried snaking the bathtub and the roof of our home and never cleared the plumbing clog.

Tom, in comparison, fixed our plumbing clog in mere minutes after identifying how to fix our plumbing problem. He did all this in an efficient and highly competent manner.

As I said at the beginning, I recommend Tom be the first one you should call for your plumbing issues. He definitely deserves the 5 stars. Tom was friendly, honest, efficient, highly competent and sincerely wanted to help us.
