Great Service!!!! He arrived 30 minutes after I called and was finished within 30 min. Very nice man with a great personality. Charged same as quoted price. He also gave me advice on how to keep pipes clean. This has to be the best experience I've have with a plumber. He's the best!!!

My garbage disposer would not turn on so I called Tom on the strength of the Yelp reviews. He first tried to walk me through a self-repair by phone, telling me it was likely jammed. Sure enough, a paper towel had gotten shredded and the pulp was clogging it up. He told me to get the stuff out and then rotate it counterclockwise. I did and turned on the switch but it still wouldn't run. He said he would come out but would probably have to charge $60 or $70. I said that was OK. He came immediately, probably within 10 minutes. He turned it once, hit the reset button and voila, fixed! He said I really probably fixed it but just didn't know to turn on the reset button. He refused to charge me and finally took gas money just because I insisted. He told me $5 but I gave him $10. What a great experience - prompt, professional and HONEST! Tom was super nice and had helpful suggestions on how to prevent my problem in the future. It's clear he cares about his customers and isn't trying to create more business for himself. For example I said ""should I call you every year"" and he said I shouldn't have to - I should instead do this and that (simple things) to save having to call him.

I rang him up at 4pm on a work day and he was here by 4:30 or so - which was great.

Charges $65-70 for simple rooter, $120 for complete rooter to main sewage line. Has a new machine as of Sep 2012 to do that work, which has (I think) 170 feet of snake.

Called and Tomas was there in 10 minutes! Snaked the clogged laundry pipes and fixed in a jiffy. Very reasonable charge of $70 to take care of the problem. Highly recommended!

Great guy, called him out twice now for a clogged garbage disposal. The first time he was prompt and came out on a holiday- he didn't charge me some crazy fee for that. He is prompt, honest, affordable and professional. Highly recommend!

Couldn't have asked for better! He arrived within half an hour of my calling him to clean a clogged drain. And he cleaned up after himself. Very reasonable price for the drain, and very pleasant to deal with.

WOW! He seriously is AS GOOD AS IT GETS! I live in Alhambra and he arrived within 10 minutes after we hung up! Fast friendly service, and an honest plumber! My husband & I are DIY'ers and can usually handle repairs but I had a kitchen sink clogged so bad, we just couldn't clear it and it seemed to be worse than before we started.
