I have use Tom's Rooter Service for a number of years, and he provides GREAT service. He is a magician at clearing out clogged drains, and is always professional, pleasant and easy to deal with. He is easy to schedule, and is reasonably priced. Do yourself a favor, and keep him on speed dial! I highly recommend him.

I had the most amazing experience with Tom the plumber! I called Tom after reading all the positive Yelp comments. He came out to clear a main line drain but after spending some time trying to clear it he diagnosed the problem as a cracked slab sewer line. He spent time with me to explain the problem and show where the most likely spot that the pipe was broken. He reassured me that it wasn't that big of a deal and recommended another plumber friend that could fix it. I asked him how much I owed him and he said NOTHING! He said he didn't feel right about taking money from a customer if he didn't fix the problem. Tom is a true professional who knows his business but he is also as honest and trustworthy a contractor that I have ever met. I cannot recommend Tom enough!

TGFT! Thank God for Tom. My 4yo flushed his toothbrush down the toilet and I was so worried it would be a huge hassle and expense. But Tom was extremely quick, courteous, and was in and out in literally 7 minutes. Plus, so reasonably priced! I had a problem with the water pressure from the kitchen faucet and I called Tom to repair it. He gave me a couple of ideas on the phone how to find the problem then told me that if you still have a problem call me and I will come and fix it for you. So I still couldn't solve the problem and I called him again to come to check it. I purchased a new faucet before he came to my house just in-case the faucet was broken.

The problem was the hot water pipe clogging from the water heater. The original pipe line is old so the rust was accumulating in the pipe under sink.
It was simple fix and the cost was inexpensive.

I had a very bad experience with the service from Rescue Rooter. Don't use them they charged us $1,200 repair fee for a very small leaking pipe problem. The reason why I agreed to pay the amount was because they said it would be 2 hours service and it was the weekend but he finished the repair within 30 min and changed only 2 little parts.

Rescue Rooter is now in a lawsuit from another customer for illegal and unfair practices or activity. I have received a class action lawsuit letter last week against Rescue Rooter.

Don't call Rescue Rooter. May be weekday and a small job will be okay but if you have a big problem or no choice situation, they will charge you huge amount.

Called Tom at 9:08am, he got here in 45 minutes. Our 2 bathroom's toilet and shower were clogged. Tom went to look for our clean out then went up to the roof. He went up to our roof for the drain vent and snaked it for us. He was very professional. Price was reasonable. I would definitely use his service again.

It was my first time looking for a plumber on Yelp....I was a little stressed with friends coming over for dinner and no restroom available, calling Tom was the besting thing ever. Tom was very nice and helpful over the phone. Tom advised me on several things to do first to see if that would resolve the problem. He was great. He even gave me a follow up call to make sure everything went well. I definitely highly recommend Tom and will definitely use him in the future.
