I originally called this company because I wanted a warranty on my boiler. They said that they would come out & check the boiler & if the boiler was good, I could have the warranty for $115. I made the appointment & the technician came. Well as soon as he saw my boiler, he starts saying oh this boiler is old & there are a lot of problems with this boiler. He didn't even look at it yet. Well he found a problem & said the actuator valve was no good. There's no heat with this broken. He hands me a bill for $159 just to look at it. Never was told that they charge $100 for the first half hour & $25 for each additional 15 minutes. If I knew , I would have kept an eye on the clock. Never, never was told about that. Next day, I get an estimate $385 for the part & $100- $300 for labor. Really you don't have a better idea!! Well I called a plumber & he put the part in total for $275. What a rip- off place.

I used to work for them. Most of the time former employees will slam the company that they worked for but I don't have anything bad to say. Ron (one of the owners) constantly checks on jobs and won't hesitate to jump in and help on the job. He jumped into a 140 degree attic to help us out and made sure that we took breaks to get out of the heat. They fabricate their ductwork in house so there are no issues with waiting on supplies. Knowledgeable technicians and salesmen who actually worked in the field. Separate plumbing crew so things are done right.

Great installation crew. Efficient, attentive, professional and tidy. They kept the job site neat throughout the two day installation process. Highly recommended as a residential central air conditioning installer.
