The worse EVER! I called the day before, was told a technician would be coming in the morning between 930-10AM, the day the technician is suppose to come, I waited, called at 10:16 AM and was told by a guy that the technician had a few jobs he went to but he was on his way TO ME, ok I said, good, so here I am waiting I called at 1130 AM spoke to a lady, she told me let me call to see who is you're technician, got my phone number name and etc, she returned my call back in 20 minutes, said that the tech was at another job but would be here didn't know how long, ok so I waited again, 12:46 PM I called, lady answered said that she text the guy and he said he won't be here until after 130 PM, ok fine even though I missed my appointment I had, here it is 350 PM no tech, I called the lady answered once again, I told her to cancel it no one showed up, and the lady who answered not once apologized, or anything for making a customer wait! it's absolutely insane, all day I HAD to call to know the status, no one reached out to me to let me know, hey were behind or we can't make it today, no they are just clueless and gives the run around!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I could of had my AC working with a different company, but decided to give this a try! NOPE, NEVER AGAIN!!!

I have been going without heat since it started getting cold. In December I hired a HAVC after my gas was turned on. I owed almost $1700.00 from last season so I paid it up.
My furnace wouldn't light for Sandpiper employee so I called a certain company in greenbackville va. I was charged $450.00 for replacement of pilot. However it kept shutting off and that company kept making me wait weeks to come look at the problem. The owner said he only charged $80 an hour so I felt he was good. But I kept calling for him for same problem. I ended up with busted water pipes and when that company cake out they didn't tell me they don't do pipes.
After numerous times back and forth and the horrible things that owner said including the threat that if I called another havc out they would tag my system and I'd have to pay him more then $5000.00 to replace my furnace I stopped calling him.
But my home is big and we were without water and heat.
Finally I called Tom's HAVC and plumbing. I got someone immediately to come out and my furnace fixed as well as my fears. The price was so unbelievable low and the service guy was so pleasant. I'm not one to do a lot of reviews but if you knew how amazing I felt that day and the next because I finally had heat. Plus he put my mind at ease for all the degrading comments the other company made. Also for the record, Tom's fixed the exact same problem for which I originally called about and what I felt in my heart was wrong.
I'm an elder woman but my common sense told me that a furnace that lights but goes out an hr or mins later must have a broken connection.
In closing I'd like to say thank you to Tom's for making me feel better after all that other company said including the fact that my house would blow up and that the first company would send me flowers on my grave.
I can not tell you at this time what company it was but I'd be careful about anyone from greenbackville va. But I can tell you that in all my years Tom's is the best I've come across.

We were their customer for over 10 years and didn't have any problem with them, however; the last two service has been disappointed. Please make sure you get a quote from them before having them do the work so that you won't be shock. Trying to get a quote on the last job all I got was it will only be labor and parts. The work was below average and the bill was over inflated, needless to say they just lost us as a customer.

We have been using Toms Refrigeration for the past 12 years for various needs. They are honest and dependable. They have installed a new A/C unit in a rental property, and kept our unit running here. When we had an issue during the holidays they came quickly.

Tom's refrigeration installed my heat pump last week. Tom offered a good price. Hot dog (i don't know his real name) and another guy, who work for Tom, actually installed the unit. Since I was moving the air handler from ground floor to attic, they had to reinstall air ducts and electric wires. But they finished the installation nice and clean. These guys really know what they are doing. I strongly recommend Tom's refrigeration.
