Called Tom's to address a leaking fresh water pipe which was a small leak and not an emergency. They said they would call the next week. They didn't. I left a message for them at the end of the week in which they were to have called me. No response. Finding someone more responsive.

Hired many contractors to complete our home and Tom's Plumbing was one of the best experiences we had. They were priced right, clean, on time and professional. We only had one minor issue after they plumbed our entire home. They came out immediately to address it, for free, even though it was out of warranty. I would recommend them to anyone.

Tom's Plumbing has been working on a residential construction project for several months outside Quilcene. Access to the project is through an easement on my property. The easement is for ingress/egress and utilities only. While every other subcontractor regularly violates the easement conditions for use, Tom's Plumbing has been stellar is respecting my property and respecting the conditions of the easement. I would recommend them until the cows come home and leave again and return once more! They go the extra mile and I'm not even paying them anything. In this world as it is now, I am so heartened to find a business with morals and ethics and good character and consideration and kindness. Amazed really. And so grateful. Thank you. Thank you.
