Called the emergency number to try and leave a message for a call back to see if I could get a tech to check out my sump pump. Unexpectedly, Susan personally answered the phone herself and promised to have someone call when available on the same day. The tech arrived within 3 hours and assessed and replaced my sump pump immediately. The job was quick and the price was reasonable. I have been using Tom's Plumbing Solutions for over 2 years now and am completely satisfied with their service and professionalism. Highly recommend Tom's Plumbing Solutions.

The only positive thing we can share is how promptly someone could come check our well pressure tank. In about 30 minutes, we were out the $95 service call. All we had to show for it was an estimate of nearly $1100 for parts and labor to replace the tank. The estimate included 5 hours of labor. Fortunately we were able to connect with another local provider. He arrived, assessed the broken tank, and had it replaced and working in about 55 minutes...and only charged half of the estimate we received from Tom's.

Had a quote for 800.00 came in closer to 1100.00. The gentleman turned dow water temp on heater, we were not getting hot water like we should. My wife call them to let them know, there was something changed when plumbers were here.
Anyway, long story short, there was these ladies who told my wife that they were going to charge us if they were to come down, then told my wife they eventually come but it was on schedule for almost two weeks out. (Mind you we have no hot water
and Toms plumbing is less than a 2.6m from our house, sad how business treat customers today. Especially when they go up and beyond and then call you a liar on phone and refuse to fix. Which one of the ladies specifically called wife back and called her a liar , told her she talk to her plumbers they didn't do anything. Well come to find out water heater was turned down. So we had to have another company come out an fix.
Crazy people crazy ladies .. we never do business again with em again.

My AC was not working, not knowing if i needed a new one or if mine could be fixed I called them to take a look. They show up serveral days later and with in 5 minutes of pulling into my drive the service tells me he can't fix my unit. 5 minutes later he come to me with a bid to install a whole new system for the not so low price of $3100. After talking for about 5 minutes he leaves and I get a bill for $82..... $82 for 15 to 20 minutes! Wow! That is one hell of a scam job! A week later I had a new AC unit installed not by these crooks for $1375.00

The only reason for the second star is because the serviceman was a nice guy.
