John and Zolo showed up right on schedule. They were friendly and communicated the cost of the job clearly. They put in a solid 2 hours to get the job done. They were very careful not to ruin the floor and cleaned up the mess made from the work. They didn't try to sell us on unnecessary work, and even gave us some advice on how to deal with our very old plumbing.

Had a clog somewhere in the main line. Called a few businesses and TPS was the first on the scene. They were able to diagnose the issue and provide options and approximate costs. After the work was done (ended up being roots in my cast iron) we discovered more roots in a separate section. They were able to do their work quickly and professionally.

Happy to say that I can flush with full confidence throughout my house now.

You're lucky if they even show up. I called after the plumber never showed up and the lady who answered was pretty much like not my problem and hung up. The few times they did show up they make mistakes and you have to call them to come back and fix

Home insurance sent this company to my property to fix broken water pipes.

First, they were going to re-glue a PVC joint and for this reason I asked one of the plumbers how long is the warranty period. He was not able to give me a straight answer. He said our work will last longer than all of the other plumbing in your house but if there's a leak on our work we might come out and fix it depending on how much time has pass since our repairs.

The second plumber had a condescending personality. I ask for a regulator comparable with the old regulator that includes a removable strainer. He smirk and said, you should have said that in the beginning and wasn't able to acomódate my request and needs so I asked them to clean up and leave my property.

When they left they left dirt all over my driveway.

Plenty of good plumbers out there with good attitudes and who can perform good work.

Barker and sons plumbing came out to finish the work. These guys had a positive attitude, were on time and efficient. See attached pic of the final product. Outstanding workmanship and customer service.

Garbage disposal leaking, water under sink and on floor next to sink. I called La Habra Home Depot Plumbing Dept. & spoke to Lee about parts and installation. Lee recommended Tom's Plumbing Service, aka TPS Plumbing Service....so I got in touch with TPS by calling 714-448-7190 and my call was immediately answered by a dispatcher who was very friendly and set me up for a free estimate within about 1/2 hour from placing the call. Sergio arrived and took a look at the situation and assured me the leak was coming from the garbage disposal and not other leaking pipes. He gave me a reasonable quote for the job & left to pick up the exact same disposal that was already in place and returned from Home Depot with the replacement in about 1/2 hr. So, I had a new garbage disposal within a couple hours after making the initial phone call to TPS, Tom's Plumbing Service. Sergio was very professional and efficient. He was respectful and had nice manners. I am very satisfied with the fast service and quality work. I may be needing a new water heater before long and spoke to Sergio about a replacement. In the future I will call Tom's Plumbing, TPS, for any service and I highly recommend this company.

Yesterday, our laundry sink backed up...again. Older house/older pipes. My wife called TPS. John came out and snaked but it was still plugged. He promised to come back today with a water jet. John and Brandon showed - with a smile & attitude to match. They staged their equipment, jetted the line, went under the house to inspect and said those 4 magical words, ""Your line is clear!"" He suggested some additional clean outs that would help in the future. When you want an experienced ethical plumber, call TPS! Honest, hardworking folks with great customer service and fair prices.

Called on Tuesday and spoke with a gentleman named Dennis. Made an appointment for Friday with a time slot of 1pm to 3pm. Friday comes and at 3:30pm I call to ask for an update since no one showed up. Woman I spoke with said there was no record of my appointment. She said she would call her manager and calle back in 10 minutes. I never received a phone call back. Unprofessional.
