I have used TPS a number of times in the past several years. They are quick, fair, and professional in their quotes and services. John was my serviceman for about three jobs. He is honest, knowledgeable, and solves the problem in a timely fashion. I would recommend TPS without reservation.

So disappointed in this company!! We used Tom's a couple of months ago for a leak we had (at the recommendation of serve-pro ). At that time TPS showed up on time (two guys) and did a great job for a reasonable price. So fast forward a few month - we need a toilet installed and a faucet fixed (we supplied all the parts). First the tech showed up 3 hours after the time window we were told and then we were shocked when the invoice price was about 3.5 times what we expected it to be. We asked the tech the reason for the exorbitant price and he gave vague answers such as ""he had to carry the toilet upstairs and dispose of the old toilet"" . The price we paid wasn't a few bucks more than we anticipated but hundreds and hundreds more. This wasn't an emergency call, we didn't ask them to come on a holiday or weekend. This felt exploitive. We will not be using TPS again.

TPS was recommended by a plumbing company that had done our whole house repipe last year. We had a clogged, backed up kitchen sink and nothing we did could open it up. TPS did a quick, amazing job and was so reasonably priced.

I HIGHLY recommend Tom's Plumbing Service to everyone that they service! I had the BEST experience with them today.The plumber,named Jack,was EXTREMELY professional, knowledgeable,hard working, polite and made my day.He was also polite to my dog.He treated me warmly like a person who wasn't out to rip me off like many businesses do.He cleared my main line at a VERY reasonable price of $150 and very quickly after I had just been given an INSANELY HIGH estimate from plumber Arian of Roto Rooter, who quoted me about $700 and didn't even look for alternate access to the main line and insisted he would have to remove the entire toilet to clear it.Jack of TPS also double checked his work and left a clean work area.I will DEFINITELY only call TPS as long as I live in their area of service in the future.Thanks Jack and thanks TPS!

We were having work done on the condo we're renting. Slab leak and pipe rerouting. First, the guys showed up before the appointment time and scared the hell out of my wife, who was in the shower. Why have an appointment time if you're just going to show up early and bang on our door?

Second, they seem incapable of keeping the doors to the outside closed. We told them at least a half dozen times to not leave the doors and screens open because we have cats and they will 100% bolt. We told their supervisors too so they could convey the message. It didn't seem to help. They still left doors wide open. How hard is it to close the door or screen once you walk through?

Third, and this is just a big pet peeve because of the times we're in, but the crew took off their masks as soon as they were on our back patio. We have all the windows open because there are so many people from outside our circle in our home. Standing outside those windows with your mask off doesn't make us feel better.

This whole process has been very frustrating. We feel like we're just an impediment to them and that they don't really care about what we want or need.

I have reviewed TPS in the past. They have been helpful on numerous occasions. The most recent is when I had broken drain pipes under my slab in my kitchen and dining room. They found the problem when I had some blockage.
Extremely helpful in explaining how it would be fixed and as an intrusive as possible. Even though the work was rather extensive, pulling up floors and breaking concrete, they did an excellent job.
Jason completely understood how inconvenient and stressful this was and has been very helpful by being communicative as much as possible.
To lessen further issues we decided to epoxy coat our drain pipes and it is amazing. Just saw the final video inspection, I am blown away.
TPS has been doing work for us for over a decade and we will continue to use them forever.
