We had a drain line blockage Sunday, 5 days before entertaining 30 people on Thanksgiving. James came out and cleared it. He was professional and courteous. We needed two new commodes so he scheduled that for Tuesday. Liam came out Tuesday and installed both commodes.
The price was very good. The techs (James & Liam) were awesome. They told us what they were going to do and gave us the price. They did what they said they would do and charged the price quoted. As simple as that sound, it is rare that it happens.

Overpriced and stole property from me for a simple plumbing repair. I would not trust these people to do any work on your property. The repair ended up having to be redone as it was not done properly. Refused to correct the issue.

We asked if TPS come out and replace the toilet flush valve. They have been good in the past. They came out told my wife our toilet was 10 years old and they recommended a replacement. She let me know, and I said forget it, I'll replace the valve. They then said we didn't need to, and that they'll replace the valve. My wife handled the discussions, had to go to work, I was working from home and on calls. They let me know they were complete and that it was $200. They said they replaced the tank bolts and washers as they saw there was a slight drop from one. I thought that was nice. They then said if the toilet still occasionally runs they'll come back out and replace the flapper, but they think the new bolts should do it. That confused me a little bit I had to get back to work, and so I paid them.

Later I found out they did not replace the valve, only the tank bolts. The toilet was still running off and on, and even worse there was still water dripping from one tank bolt.

So they ignored my request to replace the valve, tried to convince my wife we needed a new toilet when we clearly do not, apparently convinced her that only the tank bolts were necessary as that was likely causing the toilet to run (impossible), charged us $200 to replace two bolts and washers, didn't bother to see if the tank bolt replacement worked, stated they'd come back out to replace the flapper of it didn't, which the flapper was fine. If it's $200 to replace 2 bolts, I'm sure their intent was to make as much money off us as possible because we didn't buy a new toilet from them.

I was astonished at this level of service and what I consider to be unethical business practice. I will never use TPS again, and this is after many years of quality service. Apparently their approach has changed and I am not interested.

Sunday James and Julian came out to fix a leaky ball valve. It was leaking pretty bad and I didn't want to wait until Monday. We'd hired TPS previously and had the same top-shelf experience. Crew was clean, professional and reasonable. Most importantly they fixed the issue. Always impressed with TPS. Thank you!!!!
