We had a clogged kitchen sink. TPS sent Connor and Brandon to our home. These two young men were polite, respectful and knowledgeable. They worked diligently to fix our problem. They were mindful of what they were doing when removing stuff from under the sink and put everything back in the right order. I was very upset that I request for an email receipt twice, it was never send to my email. I just did an urgent repair, the fee was expensive. One week later, I found out that the company charged my credit card 2 times. This kind of mistake is ridiculous!!!

I called Tom's Plumbing Service late afternoon on a Friday and they had someone out to my house within 30 min. They were efficient and friendly. The services were priced much lower than I thought. If you ever need a plumber, give these people a call. You won't regret it.

Team showed up on time, gave a me reasonable quote explained the work to be done and the timeframe to complete the job.. They came back a day later on time and got right to work.. John and Danny spent the day under my house and got the job done. Thoughout the process everything was explained and they left no mess behind.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!

Professionalism is not in their business model. Not only are they overpriced in comparison to local plumbers, they use typical plumber tricks to charge you even more! I should've known when I called and booked the appointment and the woman sounded like she was at home cleaning her house while speaking to me.

""Plumber"" named Frank showed up in an unmarked van, no uniform on and acted like it was his first day on the job. He couldn't clear a sink clog for an hour. Literally the minutes he crossed over the 1 hour mark (since they charge by the hour), miraculously the clog was cleared and the price went up and he couldn't try to leave quick enough!

There's many good plumbers in the North Orange County area that charge less and show up ready to do an honest job, these guys are NOT those plumbers!

This is the second time I have used Tom's Plumbing. I called at noon yesterday with a mainline stoppage, and Dennis let me know they could send a plumber out within a couple of hours which was excellent. Russell arrived and was friendly, quick and efficient. The cost was reasonable and everything is working well again.

Team John and Miguel are the best! We have used TPS plumbing for years - to fix all of our plumbing problems. They go above and beyond every time. John and Miguel are friendly and recognize plumbing issues are a bummer so they take time to explain things in an understandable way! They are proactive! They don't just fix the issues, but point to potential issues and how to resolve them so they don't become huge problems down the line. They do their work in a professional, clean manner. I have recommended them to so many, but today (Saturday) they showed up, on time, took care of the problem and once again, completely satisfied!
