Terribly unprofessional. Do not waste your time. As other reviewers on Google have posted, when you call, nobody answers, and if you leave a message, nobody calls you back. There are more professional plumbers out there that actually care about communicating with their potential customers.

bad experience - overcharged- could not fix shower valve- had to call another plumber to fix shower valve- would never use again!

Our water heater caused a major flood. I was anxious, having read a negative review, however Tom's plumbing was very highly recommended by several neighbors. Tom arrived within an hour of being called. We received an estimate. The new water heater was installed by the end of the day., and the old one removed. The cost was very reasonable. The standard of workmanship was very tidy, efficient & professional. I think Tom did an outstanding job. He was courteous and helpful.
