All I can say is Tom Terrific! He reviewed the site, suggested a less expensive option of replacing our water tank with a new one instead of installing a tankless unit. Very reasonable, job was done in less than 2 hours, everything is humming along nicely.

Tom was fantastic - I had an emergency and no heat on Christmas eve day - he came, he saw, he conquered. Knowledgable, skilled, personable. It turns out there was a leak in a part that led to the radiator, and he fixed that leak so that it stopped raining on the floor below. I am having him come back next week to do additional work that was not an emergency (replacing broken boiler automatic feeder). Thank you, Tom!

I had a baseboard heating unit that was rattling, and I realized it was time for the boiler to be serviced. Tom was quick to respond when I texted. He was very nice to work with, and was forthcoming with information about exactly what was happening and how I could prevent issues going forward.
