I had a baseboard heating unit that was rattling, and I realized it was time for the boiler to be serviced. Tom was quick to respond when I texted. He was very nice to work with, and was forthcoming with information about exactly what was happening and how I could prevent issues going forward. Tom was amazing -- I feel very lucky to find him. My hot water heater cracked overnight, I called Tom at about 8:30am, and he was at my place with the exact heater I needed by 10:30. He is extremely knowledgable, explained everything he was doing as he went, and gave me tips about my boiler room that were really helpful. He wore a mask the whole time, which was a big relief, and he clearly takes his work very seriously. I would absolutely recommend him -- he's as nice as he is professional. I even got a little education about heaters and boilers despite how quickly and efficiently he worked. Tom immediately gave me a quote over the phone, which was exactly what he ended up charging me, and he showed by the heater online, which he very reasonably charged me list price for. The fact that he stores heaters on his property so that he's ready to bring them right away was honestly amazing. We'll be going to Tom for anything plumbing related from now on.

Fast response time and superb service. Justin responded very quickly and was able to schedule an appointment for same day to fix 2 broken toilets in my apartment. He diagnosed the problem immediately and also found replacement parts that were compatible with my toilets. He fixed both issues within a couple of hours and also checked out the water piping in my bathrooms. He was very helpful in explaining the issue and how to reduce risk of happening in the future. I would highly recommend Tom's plumbing services and will definitely call him the next time I have an issue.

I called Tom for a steam radiator valve replacement. My call was answered immediately and appointment was scheduled with no problem. On the day of the appointment time but he called to notify me that he was running late. This was not a problem for me but I was glad that he called so I didn't have to wait for him. The job was in a confined radiator box and Tom completed the job in 2 hrs. It would have taken less time but he brought the wrong valve. The replacement valve was not the standard type. Overall Tom did a nice job. He cleaned up and made sure there was no steam leak before he left. My only problem with Tom is his follow up on paperwork. I told him to send me a receipt but I still haven't received one yet even though I texted him.
