He arrived when promised, was friendly and completed the job with no issues. We will definitely use them again! We felt it was a good value for the work that was done.

We chose Tom's Plumbing for several deferred plumbing projects based on the positive Yelp reviews that with the job done, we can add to. Kitchen sink faucet, shower valve, and two toilet fill valves in our home were all expertly serviced. However, each one presented challenges given the age (over twenty years of use) and corrosion present. Despite this, our plumber, Martin, found ways to remove the old locked-on fixtures efficiently and effectively. In one case, he crafted an improvised tool and returned to remove the outdated fixture, thus keeping the scope of the repair to a minimum.

I also want to comment on the confidence-inspiring communications with the front office staff. Not only was everyone responsive, but they listened to our needs and provided excellent customer service. Tom's--from the front office to the service people--has been an excellent company to work with in our time of need. They are more than deserving of my highest recommendation, and I feel lucky to have found them here.

When starting to descale the on demand water heater, the hot water ball valve sheared off soon followed by a drip. To stop it, turned off the cold-water valve - it sheared off also and made a bad condition VERY bad... had to turn off water to the house. This on a Saturday morning on a 3-day weekend!

Called Tom's Plumbing for emergency service as changing out the valves and resoldering the pipes was something my old knees and back just couldn't bear.

Justin was dispatched and he arrived promptly. After surveying the situation, he made a plan and got to work. This involved removing the old isolation valves and some of the copper piping, then installing new valves, new pipe and elbows, sweating the pipe in, testing and cleaning up the area.

VERY pleased with the timely repair and expert installation! Would highly recommend Tom's Plumbing and Justin!
