I wish I could give Tom more than five stars! He is a rare combination of excellent at his craft and also a super nice guy to work with. Honest, efficient, competent and seems to genuinely enjoy his job and helping people. He helped me with connecting some fixtures for a bathroom remodel that included soldering some supply pipes for a new wall mounted faucet and also replaced the old gas line valves for an oven and cooktop. In each case he had good ideas to make the project safer and code compliant. He will absolutely be the only plumber I call from now on.

I had a bad water leak where the pipe comes out of the wall to connect to an upstairs toilet. Water was dripping from inside the wall and down to the rooms below - quite a mess! I could not find the source of the leak and thought the pipe inside the wall might be it. But Tom came over and spotted where the water was coming from right away and fixed it. Fortunately it was outside the wall, so no cutting into it was necessary. What a relief. Know how and experience sure makes a difference!

I think Tom is terrific! He is very nice and professional. I had an unusual problem which my handyman could not fix. Not only did Tom fix the problem, he took the time to show the handyman what he had done. I plan to use Tom again and again.
