We recently updated our patio awning and had Tom's Handyman Solutions remove the old one and install the new one. We highly recommend Tom's Handyman Solutions for your home repair project. Tom is very professional, knowledgeable and is a great communicator. Tom was prompt in giving us an estimate and started the project the same day. We are very pleased in how our awning came out and highly recommend Tom as your go to handyman.

This entry is about a week and a half belated, but it is nonetheless a deserved recognition of the quality workmanship, professionalism and value that I encountered when utilizing Tom's Handyman Solutions. Not only was Tom prompt in his response (replied to my inquiry within 2 hours), but the quote for the work performed (installation of a ceiling fan, vanity light fixture, and security light) was far more reasonable than any other handyman in the area, and completely fair.



The day following our introductions, Tom arrived at my home on time and went right to work on each project, sequentially ensuring that all work and satisfaction was achieved before moving on to the next task. The final task (ceiling fan) proved to be quite a challenge based on the previous wiring, and instead of shying away from the work or readjusting the quote because he spent more time to readjust the wiring and fix the mounting issue with the fan, Tom diligently worked well beyond expectation to finalize the project and remained true to the quote. I've known other people in the past to adjust their quoted price if they run into a challenge, but Tom worked with integrity and focus and again, remained steadfast to his original quote.



When all was said and done, Tom did a walk through with me to make certain that I was pleased with the results for the various projects. He even offered to do a follow up with the work should there be any issues and would remedy any concerns without added cost.



Based on this experience, and finding Tom to be a stand-up/quality person, I will undoubtedly utilize Tom's services in the future. We have already discussed future needs and I look forward to providing further reviews with coming jobs. In summary, a five star experience all the way around.
