So apparently word has gotten out that Tomo is awesome.. I hired him for a couple jobs last year when we bought our house and I thought I had found our ""go-to"" plumber. He was professional, honest, reasonable, and efficient. He didn't nickel and dime for travel time either. What else could a customer ask for? Well... the last time I called Tomo for help a couple months ago he referred me to another plumber. I respect that he was super busy and it was an easy job so I was okay with it. I was hopeful he would still be my go-to guy for other projects. Then last week I called him to inquire about modifying our washer dryer hookups.. he did not answer his phone AND his voicemail was full so I couldn't leave a message. He didn't respond to a text message i tried to send either. Tomo needs to learn how to manage his increase in business or else he will lose his loyal customers. We were hoping to hire him on for a bathroom remodel but will have to look elsewhere. He is a good plumber but not turning out to be the best businessman. Bummer! On the positive side I am learning a lot more about plumbing and doing a lot more on my own since we haven't had good luck finding a reliable plumber.

I called Tom when I noticed one of our pipes was leaking and he was able to stop on by that same day just a few hours after the initial call. He got everything fixed in under an hour. I also got some quotes for some other repairs. His prices are very reasonable and I plan on calling him later for the rest of the work I would like done.

My shower valve setup decided to take a tank after 50+ years of service (oh the joys of an old house). I called all around town and it seemed like there were no good plumbers out there/available to come over on short notice. By the way, this is a 1.5 bath house - so I was showering at the gym for a few days (yuck). So needless to say, this repair had to be done as soon as possible. I called Tom, he picked up his phone promptly, and scheduled an appointment the next day. He was very easy to work with and came in and handled the job beautifully. His pricing is honest and the quality of his work is spectacular. I felt very comfortable with him and knew right away that he knew exactly what he was doing. He finished the job, cleaned up, and even showed me how to assemble/disassemble my new shower valve setup so I could re-install the handle after I replace the tiles that I had to remove. I would highly recommend Tom to anyone looking for an honest and efficient plumber. Thanks to Tom I get to enjoy my new shower tonight!

I called and set up a time for Tomo to come by to replace my water heater and he didn't show up. He didn't call or respond to my calls on that day. He did call back the next day and said he mixed up the dates. He was very unprofessional and I don't understand his high rating on Yelp.

Tom was great! I work for a live theatre, and we needed someone to take care of a giant leak ASAP, since we had to shut off water to the whole building.

He had a job coming up, but squeezed us in just for a quote. He was out to us in less than 1/2 hour, and he diagnosed things pretty quickly. He had to go his other appointment, but was back within an hour with the tools he needed for our job. He did great work while also juggling two separate clients, and I think that speaks pretty well for his work ethics.

Tom was friendly, explained things thoroughly, and didn't gouge us on the price at all. Truly professional!

I add one more positive review for Tomo. He was on time, completed the job at a reasonable price, answered all of our questions, and was easy to work with. I will not hesitate to call him back if the need arises.

Here's what Tomo didn't do for me:
They didn't sell me a sentiment trap that I didn't need.
They didn't install a garbage disposal that wouldn't have worked in the space under my sink.
And when they couldn't clear my clog they referred me to someone who can and didn't charge me.

Tomo sorted out my garbage disposal when I figured that we would have to replace it. That saved us a lot of money. He also told us how to solve the issue by telling us what tools we'd need and what we'd need to do it if the issue occurs again. Fantastic!

Tom is efficient, knowledgeable, really fair and reliable.
We are currently calling him back for another LARGE job because of his wonderful service on a smaller job (that was quoted by another company at a MUCH higher cost, we LIKE honesty!)
