Do not call this company for any type of repair they are completely incompetent they cut a big hole in my drywall and it looks like the guy used a claw hammer to do it. They do not repair drywall so you gotta get someone else to repair the damage and this big hole is going to cost $250.00 to repair. Go find another contractor to fix your plumbing issue.

I called Sunday evening to see if I could set up a simple appointment for my water heater going out. I was received with annoyance and boredom from the answering service and was hung up on twice. When I asked when the business was open, the answering service rep told me she doesn't know ""that is not my job, my job is to answer the phones""

I then spoke to another rep who called the next day who said they tried to call me back but no answer. I had my and my husbands numbers on the request in case I was in a meeting on Monday and they never tried to call me. Instead they called the second number on the request at 8:35 on Sunday night and, not knowing who it was and it being a Sunday night not expecting a call until Monday during business hours, he didn't answer. When I finally got a call back on Monday evening I told them that I was going to go with another company because I never got a call back from them and I explained that I was hung up on twice by the answering service who was very rude. She didn't say much to that.

When I asked why she didn't try to call the first number on Monday to reach me, she said, ""its not my fault you can't return a phone call""

These people are rude, condescending and have an all around ""I don't care"" attitude. I suspect that they have enough AC calls in the desert so they don't need my business.

Oh and the first question I was asked was ""is it under warranty?"". I suspect warrantied calls are not a priority for them.

We had a leak and the carpet was soaked, but we didn't know where it was coming from so Tommy Rooter came out the next day and got underneath the house, and searched and searched and searched and lo and behold. It was the dishwasher in which they discovered after about an hour of searching for the leak. They got it repaired or stopped at least. And they were just very kind and very professional and very thorough. I would recommend them For anybody with a plumbing problem, they will get to the bottom of it and repair it.

It was a Saturday and we had called several places (leaving messages) and the only company to call us back was Tommy Rooter Plumbing. And they did so right away. Adrian came out right away and was able test and tell us where our leak was coming from. He was very helpful. This will be our go to plumbing company for any future problems.

This company is very poorly run and does not stand behind their work! We had a drain stoppage in our kitchen sink that was was supposedly fixed and we're charged $125.00 for the service call. the next day we filled the sink with hot water to make sure the sink lines were open. Guess what, the same stoppage existed! Called Tommy Rooter back and was told there would be another service charge of $125.00 even though the problem still existed. When the Plummer arrived he was nice enough to call his boss to either waive the service charge or reduce the amount of charge. Both were denied!
How can a company not warrant their work. We urge all of you to not consider using this company and hire another plumbing company and avoid Tommy Rooter!i

Our hot water heater blew - Tommy was quick to respond and get our problem resolved. He was able to order the parts and push for a quick delivery - this was not easy considering he had to deal with our home warranty coverage and the manufacturer's warranty to replace the parts!!!
He is a total professional and super nice - which is always a bonus when you are dealing with an emergency home issue!

Tommy Rooter solved our water heater problem on the first visit, and without having to replace the water heater previously required by my first plumber. My first plumber could not fix the problem and told me that the water heater had to be replaced and that there would be a $450 charge over and above what the warranty company was going to pay. Adrian, the service technician corrected the problem without a water heater replacement. I told my warranty company that Tommy Rooter Plumbing is my first choice for all future plumbing issues and highly recommend others do the same.

5 stars for Jeanette and Rudy! Jeanette took our call for what we thought was a gas leak due to a poor furnace install from another company. She was able to schedule us right away, and can't say enough good things about Rudy who came by and helped us figure out that it was actually the water heater. All fixed now, and really happy with how professional and communicative the process was from start to finish.

After two service calls at $495 per call, the drain issue was still not resolved. I had to call another plumber to do what I had paid them to do. In one service, the drain was cleared by the second plumber. Turns out this was not complicated and I wasted time and a lot of money dealing with Tommy Rooter. When asked why the billing, when they didn't complete the repairs, they responded that we didn't ask for a guarantee. We were never given an option for a guarantee, but it wouldn't have mattered as the plumber they sent couldn't fix the issue any way...

leak detectors came out and found the vale behind our toilet was leaking rudy got on the problem right away I suggested we replace all the valves that were now exposed five in total Joseph arrived a bit after in regular clothes but informed us he came after hours to be nice and help Rudy they got it done in no time seem like a great team and a great company
