This company refuses to service there product after 30days. So if you spend money with them, just know they won't back there products up. Had a new thermocouple installed and less than 5 months it goes out. Will definitely be using a different company.

Was sent this plumber by the warranty service, Republic, called by my realtor. House was being cleaned before move in and water leaked from washer faucet and around washer per house cleaner. Plumber came out and adjusted faucet to stop leak. As he started to leave, realtor insisted he pull out the washer to check that something more wasn't required than adjustment of faucet. Moved in few days later and put in load of laundry. Shortly there was water from washing machine flooding kitchen, moving into living room, spreading everywhere. Entire kitchen and dining area was couple inches deep in water in no time flat. Was able to turn off water and called warranty company to ask that plumber return. She said no since not an emergency as we had turned off water. By now it's about 2 am. I insisted plumber come out that day. Due to amount of water I called emergency cleanup service who wanted $3000 to dry kitchen and perhaps up to $5000 to remove moulding and stucco if needed due to water damage. Yikes! Plumber returns later that morning unannounced. He says he fixed faucet and that the washing machine obviously was the problem, that the drum was probably leaking. That didn't seem right - I looked at it, asked him to look, and he said he didn't handle appliances. He started to leave, second time he literally was going to do little to nothing. I asked him to pull out the washer and see if it was something with the plumbing behind. He reluctantly did, and it turned out the washer hose had been pulled out of the drain, which is what caused the flood from a washing machine full of water draining onto the floor, which was likely caused from when he pulled it out the first time. He denied it was his fault and said it was already that way. Well, of course it wasn't, otherwise there would have been this flood the first time. He begrudgingly returned the hose into the drain, and complained that it hadn't been done right the first time. I asked if it could be secured and he wrapped tape around it. This situation was a nightmare to say the least, caused by the very plumber who was sent out to fix a smaller problem and then created a much larger problem denying it was his fault. I don't recommend this plumbing service.

The second time I've used Tommy Rooter Plumbing through my Fidelity Home Warranty. Second time 5 STARS. They are EXCELLENT! James the plumber was excellent and a gentleman. They called me at 8 in the morning. Set an appointment for 12-2 that day. James arrived at 12:15 was done with a new garbage disposal by 12:40 including paperwork. This is how it should be done!

Adrian was detailed, committed and congenial while he had to search for my plumbing problem stoppage. It was Sunday night and I had an emergency but it only took them 2 hours to come out through Fidelity Warranty. They were great

The tech showed up and asked me what the problem was. I told him that the main pipe that goes into the house has a hole in it. He then tells me he is going to his truck to make a phone call then comes back and says this is not his normal truck and he does not have parts to fix it and all of the plumbing houses are closed. I told him that lowes has 1 1/4"" pvc pipe because I bought some there last month and he tells me no that he will not be able to do anything that if we want to wait until Monday they can probably come back. No this is on a Saturday afternoon and it's the main so we had to turn the water off. Yeah I'm sorry I can't wait until Monday. Would not recommend. I almost forgot that there ad shows 24/7

Water was gushing out below ground in my courtyard. The water had to be shut off on a Sunday afternoon. I had to go to a hotel. The next day I was referred to Tommy Rooter.
Ralph came out. He was confident that he knew pretty much exactly where the leak was. He had seen this situation many times. Ralph and Rudy made a small hole in the concrete where Ralph predicted the pipe was leaking. Stunningly, that was exactly where the leak was! They made a little larger hole, repaired the pipe, and put the concrete back like it was. The entire process, once Ralph and Rudy came out, was less than three hours. I really appreciated Ralph's experience, knowledge, and expertise. Both Ralph and Rudy worked hard and displayed the utmost professionalism. The repair was very efficient. Those guys knew what they were doing. I was fortunate to be referred to Tommy Rooter.

Today I was in home warranty hell with plugged up pipes. After hours of wasted time with the first plumber trying to sell me services he admitted the warranty insurane co wouldnt cover I insisted on a second opinion. Uriel came out from Tommy Rooter and was able to unplug the pipes no problem. He was pleasant, professional and I will definately call them again

I had a backed up kitchen sink drain. I originally had Ben's Plumbimg come out but they were not able to get their snake through the drain pipe. They suggested I call Tommy Rooter in Indio. Jeff B. From Tommy's was out to my house within 30 minutes after I called and 30 minutes after that drain was working fine. He knows his stuff and had the right equipment to clear the drain. I would highly recommend them and would have them come back when I have a plumbing problem. Good work Jeff B.

Five stars to Adrian at Tommy Rooter! Dealing with a home warranty company can be an exercise in patience at best. Every experience we have had with Tommy Rooter has been so positive, we now specifically request this company for any and all of our plumbing needs. Adrian came out TWICE on a Sunday and saved the day! Great company and service. Highly recommend.
