I recently installed a new water heater . It started to leak. I called the company that installed it . They came out once . Asked me for a washer . Then it leaked again. He said he should have charged me more to solder it. I called another plumber that didn't want to work on someone else's work. They finally gave me an appointment for Thursday. Since it is leaking I called Tommy Rooter. They had Uriel here in an hour. He charged me fairly and gave me a 6 month warranty. I am very please with his work. Small companies like Tommy Rooter need to be keep their reputation good and so far their reputation is good with me !

I used Tommy Rooter Plumbing for few years and very happy with their quality of service . Especially I would like to Thank Mr. James Decker . Jim is very professional , kind and always on time. I really hope the Mr. James Decker will work for the company for many years to come. Thank you Tommy Rooter Plumbing. Regards . Seyed Yaghoubi

My home warranty company set up service with Tommy Rooter for hot water heater service. Within 40 min of my call to Fidelity Home Warranty I received call from Tommy Rooter to set an appt for 3 hrs later. Received a call from Uriel 45 min before appt to see if he could come early!! Uriel arrived and assessed the situation and determined I needed a new hot water heater. He made authorization calls, Fidelity called me and his helper Fernando arrived with water heater and they installed and removed the old equipment. This whole process was accomplished in 41/2 hours....amazing. If only other projects could go this smoothly!!

Horrible experience - Plumber Jeff didn't like answering questions regarding my garbage disposal, which didn't malfunction when he was here. When I wanted to add additional information on the non functionality of the garbage disposal that occurred while he was trouble-shooting on his work order he physically ripped the clipboard out of my hands - and appeared/sounded extremely angry - very scary experience! This company was chosen by Fidelity Home Insurance. I will never use the plumbing company again.

We were referred to Tommy Rooter by our contractor and were very pleased with the work and professional competence of the staff. Adrian was able to assess and resolve our sewage back up problem. He explained everything in detail and provided options and solutions for us. Highly recommend this company.

Very poor customer service and they have written set times when they say they are going to complete their work but they proved to be false. I turn on the water and filthy water came out. Company needs an overhaul !!

This company refuses to service there product after 30days. So if you spend money with them, just know they won't back there products up. Had a new thermocouple installed and less than 5 months it goes out. Will definitely be using a different company.

Was sent this plumber by the warranty service, Republic, called by my realtor. House was being cleaned before move in and water leaked from washer faucet and around washer per house cleaner. Plumber came out and adjusted faucet to stop leak. As he started to leave, realtor insisted he pull out the washer to check that something more wasn't required than adjustment of faucet. Moved in few days later and put in load of laundry. Shortly there was water from washing machine flooding kitchen, moving into living room, spreading everywhere. Entire kitchen and dining area was couple inches deep in water in no time flat. Was able to turn off water and called warranty company to ask that plumber return. She said no since not an emergency as we had turned off water. By now it's about 2 am. I insisted plumber come out that day. Due to amount of water I called emergency cleanup service who wanted $3000 to dry kitchen and perhaps up to $5000 to remove moulding and stucco if needed due to water damage. Yikes! Plumber returns later that morning unannounced. He says he fixed faucet and that the washing machine obviously was the problem, that the drum was probably leaking. That didn't seem right - I looked at it, asked him to look, and he said he didn't handle appliances. He started to leave, second time he literally was going to do little to nothing. I asked him to pull out the washer and see if it was something with the plumbing behind. He reluctantly did, and it turned out the washer hose had been pulled out of the drain, which is what caused the flood from a washing machine full of water draining onto the floor, which was likely caused from when he pulled it out the first time. He denied it was his fault and said it was already that way. Well, of course it wasn't, otherwise there would have been this flood the first time. He begrudgingly returned the hose into the drain, and complained that it hadn't been done right the first time. I asked if it could be secured and he wrapped tape around it. This situation was a nightmare to say the least, caused by the very plumber who was sent out to fix a smaller problem and then created a much larger problem denying it was his fault. I don't recommend this plumbing service.

The second time I've used Tommy Rooter Plumbing through my Fidelity Home Warranty. Second time 5 STARS. They are EXCELLENT! James the plumber was excellent and a gentleman. They called me at 8 in the morning. Set an appointment for 12-2 that day. James arrived at 12:15 was done with a new garbage disposal by 12:40 including paperwork. This is how it should be done!

Adrian was detailed, committed and congenial while he had to search for my plumbing problem stoppage. It was Sunday night and I had an emergency but it only took them 2 hours to come out through Fidelity Warranty. They were great
