Our hot water heater went out and they were out the same day to look at it that I contacted them. He work with our homeowner warranty and had our heater fixed within 2 days. Great customer seevice and a very professional man. I would highly recommend this plumber

Hired these guys to run a water line, I dug 90% of trench.Worker showed up worked a few hours (talked on phone, leaned on shovel good bit). Left first day and said parts would be in early next morning, I called after lunch and was told faucet did not come in. Next he showed up and hooked it up, turned on water and pipe was busted. He broke fitting under foundation, He gave me a bill for $800plus, I questioned amount, he said he figured hours wrong, so new amount was $600plus. Called Tommy himself he was to come out and look, he set time, he never called or showed, 3 wks has passed, I had to tear out vanity and bust up concrete and fix myself. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS! Owner never came to site, not a trustworthy person.
