They were very rude to us. Never called ahead of time to let us know when they were coming so I had to go to a neighbors to shower because they cut off our water and I had to work. We asked them questions and they never gave us a solid answer. Definitely would not recommend.

I had a sewer pump replaced with a new one, a few days later water was seeping out of the ground. End up costing more to repair the issue than it cost me to install it. They replaced a valve flap that apparently became broken. Ok, a few days later the same thing again. This time I asked for a diagnostic, I was told $95. A couple of days later I was told that the problem was fixed and I had to pay again over $200. Wow! I went by and the dirt looked untouched. I was a bit confused when I asked for a diagnostic, they later said they don't do diagnostics. Very rude about it too. I was told later by my tenant that the workers came out after and were digging in the front. Mind you this is after I had informed them that no one came out due to the dirt being untouched and after I paid them. My business is real estate, I have spent money with this company and have not resolved the problem. I am currently working with another company to resolve. Whoever is in charge needs to let go of the reign. He is forgetful, rude, prices are made up according to feelings. Never again!

I had several issues occur at one time and Tommy Chancey Plumbing did an excellent job with everything. They called prior to arriving, arrived on time and the service was excellent. I was referred to this company by a friend and I would definitely use them again and refer to others as well. So, thank you for your service!

I was able to get a same day appointment. The plumbers who replaced my faucet were friendly and efficient. I will, definitely, use Tommy Chancey plumbing in the future.

Very poor customer service! They came to my newly bought home to cut roots out of my drain line. They completed the work and everything seemed okay. Mr. Rooter had informed us before Tommy Chancey came that whoever did the pipes under the house didn't do them to code. About a week later, we flushed the toilet in our basement and water flooded the floor. We inspected under the house and it very well seemed like a plumbing issue as to where the water was draining from. Beforehand I was told if we had any more issues to call and we wouldn't be charged. So I called on the weekend and they came by for less than 10 mins. Very rude to my fiance and took a glance saying nope that's rain water. Upon disagreement the plumber stated, """"It is just rain water. I am the one who did these pipes, I've been working on this house for 18 years long before you were here. If you want me to do work and charge for it, I will."""" So we of course said no, just leave. They left and a few days later, I get a bill for $140. When I called the office lady Linda, who needs some customer service training, she says yep that's the weekend charge. I told her they didn't do anything and she says, yeah they did, they went out there! And it was rain water. I told her we were still having some issues, it wasn't rain water. And then I explained how they weren't even there 10 minutes. She said well that's the minimum charge. Minimum charge?? That wasn't discussed before they came out or I wouldn't have allowed them to. I then told her about the plumber's attitude. She said she would check into it and call back, but never did. I called a few days later and she just keeps saying we have to pay it. NEVER DOING ANY KIND OF BUSINESS WITH THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY AGAIN!
