Recently used this pluming company to repair 2 drains in my house, took them 30 minutes to sit in their van, 10 minutes do the job and cost me over $350., also I asked for a quote for a new hot water heater they quoted over $4500. you can buy a water heater at Lowes for $500. suggest, if your looking for a plumber do not use this company. this company aims to rip you off especially if your in need to get something done right away. however they did give me a Veterans discount of $10.00 off wow, not even a 10% discount. not a veteran friendly company.

I wouldn't recommend Tommie's Plumbing and here is why. I had a water leak and the came out to do an estimate ($69) just to come out to do the estimate. They gave me three different quotes (lowest quote was $2840.69 )that included changing my water heater. I had already contacted two other companies (one didn't show up) and Dwayne Casteel (Casteel's Plumbing) was the third company. He got my leaked fixed for $50 which included the service call. The only thing that was wrong was the line to the cold water into the washing machine didn't get tightened completely when we moved into our new home. Tommie's Plumbing didn't even check that, they told me the leak was inside the wall behind the washing machine. I'm just glad I got more than one estimate.

I could not rate a company worse. Their total operation is a fraud. We agreed to a membership with them one year ago with a monthly fee for a 10 per cent discount on a drain line job. I found it to be useless except to lock you into using them. We had 2 commode leaks which needed a new wax ring and flange and a gasket. Their recommendation was $2,939.00 replacing the commodes. This would be $150-200 with our old plumber. When I cancelled the membership they put my discount on a bill to repay them. Have nothing to do with Tommie's Plumbing!!

I recently bought an older home and needed to have some work done. Austin was polite, courteous, and very professional. I was given a thorough estimate with different options for me to choose from in how and what I wanted to get done today or in the future with the parts and labor clearly labeled.

Austin kept me informed throughout the entire process and showed me the different issues he would come across along the way. He worked in 3 different areas to fix 2 of my shower/plumbing issues and when he was done everything was put back together with nothing for me to pick up or clean up afterward.

I plan on using this company again in the spring for the items that I did not want to get fixed today and I will be requesting Austin then also.

Bathroom widespread sink faucet hose had a leak. Tech came out and said the complete faucet had to be replace. $715 fix!!!
I questioned several times why the hose can't just be replaced.
Anyways I cancelled the job because I was being ripped off. I ordered the replace hose on Amazon for $35. So much for Tommie's Plumbing having honest techs. Watch out people maybe these techs are on to commission for sales.

Scheduled an appointment to find a water leak. Technician arrived and met my wife and informed her the leak was between meter and the house. I personally talked to the technician and he said he did not have the equipment to pinpoint the leak and is recommended replacing the line. I then asked him to quote the job. My wife said the technician had an attitude from the time he arrive. I then called the office to discuss if they had the equipment to actually pinpoint the leak and was informed they did not. I am a general contractor and was not in the area but knew the scope of the job. I asked if they could look at running the new line to the front of the house because the distance was a lot shorter and would require not removing sidewalk. I never wanted to do the job myself I was looking for an honest company but unfortunately Tommie Plumbing did not want to do the job when questioned on how it can be accomplished. They told me they did not want the Job. I guess I'm lucky the declined

John priced a bathroom remodel job. We agreed to have them do our work and sent back the faucets I had ordered and chose to use their products. We took the bathroom down to the studs and floor joists. When the technicians arrived, they stated there was no mention of placing new shower and sink drains. We had told John that was part of what we needed done. upon speaking to Chris at the office, my husband told him just to add the drains to the job, as we have been without water and a bathroom for days, we needed to just get the job done and we would pay extra. The technicians stated they would have to get it priced, and left without saying they were leaving. upon calling back to the office to inquire when they would return, Chris stated they would have to decline the job. ""We don't do remodels"". It was obviously a remodel when it was priced. Now we're stuck with a bathroom torn out, no fixtures, no water, no shower, no toilet, a port a potty in the back yard, and no plumber. I should have caught on when I called a few times with questions and didn't get a return call. Horrible customer service. Chris didn't care that we are in a bad place. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor of any type.
