As a friend of Bonnie's, I'd like to testify to her honesty and integrity in the business she has chosen to make her life's work. It's difficult to keep in touch with this young lady because she is so busy serving her customers in this relatively thankless business. Not all the time, but many times the first time a customer utilizes her services that customer is not in the best of moods and Bonnie drops anything she needs to drop to serve and service that emergency ASAP. As Springsteen sang at one time, ""She's the One.""

Having your water heater go out in the winter and flooding your basement is a stressful situation. But Bonnie, the owner at Tombstone was on it from the beginning. She is very responsive (even when this happened on Saturday), polite and simply a pleasure to work with. She helped me through the insurance process and got everything approved, ordered and installed in two days. Sidney, the Tech, who did the install was quick, polite and did a great job with the install and bringing my old plumbing to code. Most important things to me in a major home repair situation are speed, quality of work and communication, Tombstone and Bonnie nailed them all.

2500 people a DAY are dying from this COVID crap and Sydney shows up at my door with no mask, no gloves and no PPE. When I did mention the mask he got one that looked well worn. I'll be talking to my home warranty provider about their choice of plumbers. Over all a very non-professional appearance and showed up in an unmarked van. Not a very good first impression at all.

Tombstone Sewer & Drain did such a great job!!! They just completed our pretty huge sewer fix on our house we were selling in Colorado. The street and sidewalk ended up needing to be torn out, city permits and traffic control, etc., and it all seemed to run smoothly on our end, which is exactly what you want from a company.
Bonnie was so great at communicating with me through text and calls, she made it seem like a friend was helping us out with our sewer! :)

Although the work was completed to our expectations, I am giving three stars because; the quote was slightly delayed, there were cost overruns (double what was quoted), scrap materials were left behind for us to dispose of, cigarette butts were left in our walkway, and the tech was late (he did call to say he would be late).

Pros: they responded promptly via Yelp and did come out to see us right away.

I was experiencing ""water hammer"" after I flushed my toilets at home. It's a irritating problem where you hear repeated knocking in your pipes while water is flowing to refill the toilet. Tombstone quickly answered my request for a quote and was able to correctly diagnose what the problem was. They were even able to fix the issue for me the very next day - and at a reasonable price!
