What an emergency I had one day last week! The bar sink had a connected white plastic piece underneath that had broke. Water bursted into my bar area, formal dining, foyer and parts of my kitchen. I quickly called a trusty reviewed plumbing company from Yelp, which was Tomball Plumbing and got an answer right away. He was on his way to his next service until he got my plea to help with the constant water flow. He guided me over the phone on where to turn off the water to that sink, but the knob was too tight to turn. He then directed me to turn off the water supply to the house outside until he reached my destination. Within 15 minutes, he showed up and detected the sink pipe problem. His experience and guidance helped me to temporarily end my emergency, until he got to my home and assist.
He mentioned that a lot of his services are in the north Houston area. His quick concern and thinking went 'above and beyond' my expectations, compared to most companies.

Brent was expedient, trustworthy, and went above and beyond on my tankless water heater install - Tomball Plumbing does Great work. I Called Brent/Tomball plumbing on a whim Wednesday seeking advice on my old Noritz heater that was leaking from the exchange = no hot water/broken unit. After discussing a troubleshoot option with the manufactuter, I decided to buy a new and went with a Navien NPE-240S. After my final decision to install anew, I called Brent again that Friday and he came out to assess and bid the installation within the hour. Fast. The following Monday he was here early and prepared. The install seemed to me to be a breeze, while discussing updates throughout. Thanks to Tomball plumbing my family has hot water again. Will definitely call Brent when we have any sort of plumbing issues. Also, If you haven't moved from a tank - do it, and get Tomball Plumbing to install it.
