Many thanks to Brent for the natural gas line installation. I had about 1000ft of the gas line to install. It was quite some regulators to install for the house, pool heaters, generator, etc. Brent designed everything very professionally, carefully, and promptly. We had almost zero downtime. Brent explained every small detail I asked for. Outstanding experience. I have used this service for several years already and plan to continue.

He answered the phone instead of a machine and came out that day! Although it's difficult to have to pay $190. To have someone unscrew your broken hose bib and screw another one on, my arthritic hands just couldn't do it. He also checked out the new kitchen faucet that a handy man installed improperly and gave me a decent priced estimate to switch the lines and fix the inferior work. Good to know that I have a plumber where I can get quick service, a fairly reasonable price and have it done right the first time.

Hot water heater leak detected last night after dinner. I shut the water heater down so it was not an emergency.
Called Tomball Plumbing and asked for service this morning.
Brent Pesz arrived and completed repairs quickly. He also gave me information on a possible warranty claim with the PEX manufacturer who might cover the claim.
Brent is my new go to for plumbing. He also does Tankless water heaters and water softeners. Probably close to time to replace the old water heaters so maybe next spring.

What an emergency I had one day last week! The bar sink had a connected white plastic piece underneath that had broke. Water bursted into my bar area, formal dining, foyer and parts of my kitchen. I quickly called a trusty reviewed plumbing company from Yelp, which was Tomball Plumbing and got an answer right away. He was on his way to his next service until he got my plea to help with the constant water flow. He guided me over the phone on where to turn off the water to that sink, but the knob was too tight to turn. He then directed me to turn off the water supply to the house outside until he reached my destination. Within 15 minutes, he showed up and detected the sink pipe problem. His experience and guidance helped me to temporarily end my emergency, until he got to my home and assist.
He mentioned that a lot of his services are in the north Houston area. His quick concern and thinking went 'above and beyond' my expectations, compared to most companies.
