Yesterday morning, before dawn, our kitchen faucet handle broke off. My husband called Tom Walker Plumbing, a company we had used before, and Leslie got right back to us as soon as they opened. We asked them to bring a faucet with them and within an hour after we called Jay knocked on our door. Within 20 minutes we had a new faucet! Tom Walker Plumbing is a fabulous company and they always have done right by us! I am recommending Villages of Seaport HOA to keep Tom Walker Plumbing on our list of available professionals.

I've had nothing but a good experience with Tom Walker plumbing. I found their office staff, especially Leslie, to be very responsive. If you want to plumber who really knows the Cape Canaveral area, and has over 30 years experience with buildings in the area, then Tom Walker is the one you need. He had a major leak in our building where the floor and wall needed jackhammered and they worked tirelessly to get that resolved. Offered suggestions that were logical and experience-based. They also put kitchen faucets in for me and bathroom fixtures and did great.

Well called about 6 pm on say Thursday evening that my toilet was backed up. Followed up at 8ish am the next day and was told someone might be able to check it out. Two total came Son and Father Duo. Well, it was discovered that my toilet was clogged on double type of pipe ? Confused BUT maybe it wasn't piped right. The fat g er stated he would return within 2 days to see if it was an issue! No return. But 200 dollars for the less than hours work and a MESS IN MY BATHROOM OUT THE BACK DOOR! Apparently, it's a racket because we have to call them if it's and ISSUE outside the residency we don't pay! UGH...

We have had to call the plumber a few times in the last couple of years. Tom Walker Plumbing is ALWAYS spot on! Thank you for your personable service crew from the moment the phone is answered to time that the actual service call is complete! A+++

Bottom Line: Don't be afraid I don't know about you, but when I have to call a Plumber and I'm just going Eeny Meany Miney Moe out of the phone book - THAT instills Fear! I sprung a leak in an old soft copper pipe under my house. Lucky for me I live in a mobile home so it was easy to get to. I called Walker Plumbing and they came out the next day. The guys looked at my problem, left to get supplies and were back in less than an hour. They had to cut the pipe and attach a new segment. The closest connector which was a 3-way, also had to be replaced. I thought the Customer Service was great, the guys who came out were polite, professional and told me every step of the way what they were going to do before they did it. I thought the price was very fair. I thought so highly of them that I had them come back out to install an outdoor hose bib a few days later. Bottom Line: When you need a Plumber - don't be afraid to call these guys!

Called up on May 16th, spoke with a nice girl who told me she was in-training and couldn't help me but promised i would get a call by in 45 minutes at the earliest and the next morning, at the latest. Called again after 2 hours and got their voicemail. Left a nice message with my contact info, just in case the trainee wasn't able to get it over to anyone. It's now the end of the next business day, and i've heard nothing back. I called Cocoa Beach Plumbing, and they immediately checked on the part, told me they would order it and have it the next business day, and have a plumber over to install it; and, they provided a flat rate for the work, in advance. I'll never call Tom Walker again. They lost my business. I'm also sharing this with the Villages of Seaport HOA, who had Tom Walker listed on their pamphlet of available professionals. I'm requesting they be removed, so no one else wastes their time.

Tom and Dave were amazing repiping my front bathroom out to the street. Tom even came in on Sunday, after working alllll day Saturday to finish. Both tom and Dave know exactly what they are doing and I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Absolutely the best service call I've ever had! After 3 hours of Rotorooter not being able to fix my backed up drains, Niki with Tom Walker was the best. I explained my problem, and Niki knew exactly what to do. Within 30 minutes she had it fixed, and at a absolutely fair price! Thanks so much Niki, appreciate your expertise:).
