Somebody probably likes this guy....maybe his mother....but not me. I called him to check a backflow valve in a 5-unit apartment building. I left a voicemail with my name and number. I didn't describe the issue. He actually yelled at me because he had to pull his van to the side of the road to return the call for something he thought was trivial. SORRY! When I left the message I had no idea what he was doing or where he was or that he was going to pull his van to the side of the road. The whole idea of voicemail is to return the call when it is convenient! Total jackass.

Anyway, the funny part is that less than one month later I needed 2 boilers replaced in a different building to the tune of almost $13,000. Guess who didn't get that job.

didnt want to put an star on there. more than once i have called tom for his service. last year around May and this year for the winter......if your job is smaller that 200 dollars he will not call you, i felt discriminated......... super poor customer service after leaving several messages, i still get no reply. Inadequate, unprofessional, irresponsible, incompetence.
