I called and left a message asking for a quote on a main sewer line to be cleared. I received a call back from Mark he gave me the quote over the phone. His quote was not the lowest and it was not the highest. I called back a few weeks later and made the appointment. Mark accommodated my schedule, he and his helper arrived right on time and cleared the main sewer line. He even did a few extras at no extra charge. He was very knowledgeable about home sewer systems. He and his helper are hard working guys. PS he showed up in a professional work van and called 10 minutes before he arrived.

Tom replaced the furnace in an apartment building I own, the next day tenants noticed a gas leak and I had to have it fixed in an emergency. Tom originally apologized and agreed to reimburse me for the cost of the repair as the leak was a result of his work, but never sent the check and stopped returning phone calls.

Faulty work, poor business practices. I'd stay away.

Attempted to have them come out twice now thanks to my shady management company trying to put a bandaid on a sewer pipe that's been leaking in my basement for going on 3 months. First time we were double-booked and he was here early.. which I wasn't home because I wasn't expecting him. I got some rude messages on my vm saying he was sitting outside of my residence waiting. I returned the call and the secretary almost seemed like she thought it was funny. They just made another attempt to come out to fix the plumbing, originally scheduled between 1 and 2. I move my schedule around to accommodate and they finally showed up at just after 5 saying the delay was because the roads were bad. No phone call to let me know. Avoid this company. Would give it 0 stars if I could.

The plumber was over two hours late arriving. Calls to the dispatch center were answered with ""he's on his way"". That went on over a 90-minute span. When my wife called the owner to ask when he was going to arrive, an argument ensued and he ended ended up hanging up on my wife. I called the dispatch back and told them to not even bother sending the serviceman. Not worth it. I'd ranger have a clogged drain than deal with the rudeness. We found another plumber and are very happy we switched course.
